^ I have to agree with that. Tom is my favorite human being alive, but he tends to answer questions the exact same. However, there are other videos of him acting quite spontaneous and random. His YouTube page tvtomdaley has a lot of fun videos of him traveling around the world for training and competitions. Granted, he's underage in almost every video there since he turned 18 like 5 minutes ago. But they are a lot of fun

What does everyone think about about the latest buzz surrounding Tom and Kassidy Cook? I notice that Yahoo and MSM both carried this photo Photo by tomdaley1994 • Instagram along with editorial about them being a 'hot' celeb couple... Amusingly, many of the comments are along the lines of 'but I thought he was gay'...

Personally, I don't know if Tom is or isn't gay, but I'm hoping that this isn't Tom's management company going full tilt with some kind of Public Relations campaign following his mum's comment that "he's never had a proper girlfriend (that I know of anyway)." That said, Tom has always said that they're just good friends, and he doesn't strike me as being someone who would allow himself to be manipulated in this way. Thoughts?

Tom's managaement is based in the United Arab Emirates- not exactly a spot for liberal thought on being gay....neither Tom or Kassidy has never said they were a couple- Tom's teammate, Tonia Couch did...but Tom and Kassidy have been out and about a lot together lately- he said in ALL his pre Olympic interviews, he was too busy for a girlfriend (long held as closet double speak by most gays)...Of course, he could be denying/not talking about the realtionship as to not cause millions of 14 year old girls to slit their wrists....if you see pics of them together (not sure if can post- she may still be 17), anytime Tom has his arm around her, it looks awkward or posed...of course, he's spent the better part of the last POSING it may just be second nature by now....he DOES come off as gay- I say that using gaydar- not wishful thinking!!! Having a girlfriend at 18 isn't a big deal- A LOT of us gay boys- including myself had one- my prom date was a knock out!
