It's usually a question of your anatomy if you're able to do it or not (and I don't mean you need a long dick ). It's just how far you're able to bend your body in half, some guys can, some can't. If it's just a small gap that separates you from reaching your goal, regular practice might help. That's how I started too. Then I could do it sitting on the toilet seat and using one hand to push my head onto it. Just be really careful with your neck.
