Do we know that he didn't finish high school? He mentions his senior year in HS in his partial memoir "Siren's Tale" but I have no idea whether he dropped out or finished. He wanted to attend film school but has certainly gotten more "on the job" training that he would have received attending any film school. It would be great if he wants to attend college but that would be up to him. He already makes quite a bit from personal appearances and apparently owns some decent real estate so I have no doubt he will look after himself. If there's one thing he seems to have learned it's how to make lemonade out of life's lemons but I agree with you that I hope he does what's best for himself.
