Does anyone know if there is a forum with an area dedicated for fakes? Like a community. I love these boards but not being able to start threads just discussing faking (does't work well in a mega thread) is rather annoying. I know there is one for female celeb fakes....but yeah I will pass on that.....

can't you just use google image search with image size set to "larger than: 2 mp" for example?

You can but then you are restricted to pics that happen to be high on their results. I find a ton of nice pics on blogs that I never see on google.

Although this works reasonably well, there are a lot of images on blogs and sites that aren't 'tagged' or are part of a large generic post that includes lots of images. These don't show up on refined Google searches. For instance, if someone here posts a fake of Zac Efron, unless they mention 'Zac Efron' in their post, Google won't pick it up.

Although I've got CS2, I tend to stick with Corel Graphics Suite x5 - mainly because I've use numerous Corel applications since about 1996. As the principles are pretty much the same, it may be worth trying to write a generic guide - after all, the techniques of using layers, air-brushing, different nibs, brushes, erasing etc are the same regardless of the application. The differences are mainly the menus. Just a thought.
