We've kind of gotten some hints about this before. In "Jordan & Troy Behind the Scenes," when Troy accidentally cums early, Jordan notes that they're not finishing "tonight." I think there are probably some double-shot scenes that are shot straight through and others that run over into another filming day. Since the guys are generally in their late teens or early to mid-20s and in excellent shape, I wouldn't be surprised if the majority of the double shot scenes are in fact, same day, with some variance depending on what time filming starts, and how far they are into filming when a model cums.
