Anybody see the Sloane v. Serena debacle?

We'd all be better off just perving over these guys rather than debating who's best etc, always ends in tears even with my best mates.
Just wanted to say regarding Bernard Tomic, I hope they ban his father for good from both tours. I think the way he's been treated by dad probably explains his erratic results and behaviour. Totally feel sorry for him, cannot be easy to have that lack of support at home when you are competing on the world stage and dealing with the media spotlight. Hope he gets everything sorted and realises his potential.
Dimitrov's face is gorgeous! Damn. I never noticed that he's so skinny, though.
awww, feel the love. Much better.
Dimitrov finally makes the breakthrough, feeling smug that I predicted a big year for him, I hope he builds on it. Just gutted it came at Novak's expense, but I doubt he will be too bothered given it's Madrid and that he won Monte Carlo.
We love the men of tennis!!
Novak doesn't care that he lost. His number goal this year is to win the French. So he'll work hard for it. I just hope they all work just as hard to beat him to make it great.
Regarding Dimitrov's victory - couldn't be happier. Going from losing three very tight matches against top players in recent months to pulling this one out so soon is simply amazing. There's no room for doubt when playing the top guys or they'll have you for lunch, so it's great that even though he went through some disappointments he never lost that belief. I'm becoming a fan of Grisha more and more. His game is sex to watch, he's very good-looking (and has a good personality), young and has his whole career ahead bar some disaster. I find nothing not to like. He had some bad behaviours years ago but all that seems to have passed, and there's been no reports of bad behaviour for some time. And agree with dereperez, he'd better not stop there! Here's to a good run in Madrid.
Regarding Djokovic, at first I was loving his chances at the French this year, but truth be told it's still Rafa's to lose. Rafa will be seeded fifth which in theory would make things harder for him (facing a top 4 in the quarters rather than semis), but 3/4 of the top 4 either suck on clay (Murray) or suck against Rafa (Federer, Ferrer). So the best chance for Novak would probably be taking out Rafa in the quarters, but there's only a 1/4 chances of them meeting there. I'd still say Rafa's the favourite and will win.
Last but not least, Fernando Verdasco is worth mentioning this week. First a TB in a win against Goffin and now a third-set TB win over Raonic. He's had such a tough couple of years tennis-wise. Whenever I watch him play I want to give him a hug . Even though a lot of his problems in tennis are probably his own fault, he still must have that passion for the game or he wouldn't still be trying even though he's had a hellish couple of years. So I'm proud of him too. I'm not as big a fan as I used to be because the disappointment factor of being his fan (and watching him always waste his great talent) wore down on me so much, but when he has a good tourney like now I still feel happy .
Yeah, great for Nando to be winning matches again.
Can I just say, I am disgusted yet again by fan reaction to Djokovic. I've not seen the injury timeout but regardless the reaction to him is ridiculous. His behaviour has been impeccable over the past few years, he is by the better 'loser' out of the top four and is an incredibly good sport during matches too. I am baffled as to why people choose to ignore all this the second he might cross the line a little.
I'm baffled as to why his celebrations offend people so much as well. What's wrong with showing passion and emotion, rather that than sinking to your knees and blubbing (not naming any names RF)
Glad Novak lost. Good to see someone step up and play tennis.
Dimitrov y Sharapova:
He thanked Maria after the match for some encouragement she gave him but is keeping it private
Are we really surprised that Serena is a bitch? I'm certainly not. Sloane seems a lovely girl and has just said what others no doubt think. She made that comment on court earlier in the year to her coach about Serena being disrespectful and then went back on it, presumably because people had words.
Delighted to see another upset today. Bit of payback for the crowd who applauded Federer off the court even though it was another of those half-arsed efforts that he throws in sometimes. If Novak had played a final set like that he would be getting boos from the crowd and slagged off by the pundits.
Before she was a mentor, Serena was a competitor. She obviously hates to lose. If somebody beat me in a high-stakes match, I'd probably be miffed, too, and I might even display some rash behavior (like un-friending somebody on Facebook).
I don't think we ought to be so quick to believe that Serena is a bitch just because Sloane (who has been much less than stellar since Australia) says so. We should remember, though, that 'Rena is human.
I like how in that post-match interview from the other day, Grigor does his own echoes. LOL.
I love Serena and as she said before she can't mentor anyone when she is still competing. Sloane is just in a big slump after she beat Serena and looking for an excuse. She got a taste of the limelight like the Melanie Oudin did a few years and now every loss she has is in the public eye and she can't deal with it. She is a newcomer and isn't ready quite ready for the big leagues. If she had a problem with Serena she should have said something to here instead trash talking to a magazine. She was all smiles at Fed up last month and even wore clothing from Serena's line and she lost yet again and she lost first round this week in Madrid. She should focus on her game instead her tweets. Things are only get worse when she has to face Serena again. Her win was a fluke and loss the next round in straight sets. If we on the court I'm there to beat you down not hope u do good and I highly doubt the WTA had anything to do Sloans comments, why do they care, that's publicity for them. Serena is one of the greats and she and sister have made their mark, nothing anyone can say will change that.

Sloane was a bit pathetic for saying that stuff about Serena IMO. That's the kind of stuff you should keep to yourself in a professional environment . You don't want to give the best player in the world reason to single you out .
Wawrinka is still with us in Madrid. Looks like he's on a run ATM. Sad for Dimitrov, but I doubt he'll remember the loss compared to the big scalp he took .
Sloane mentioned that she and Serena barely talk at all (if I remember correctly)....well um...it seemed like she was doing a lot of talking with Serena during Fed Cup this year. So was Sloane lying or over-exaggerating?
I think the truth is somewhere in between. They weren't super close and all mentor-mentee-like, nor were they cold and distance and barely uttered a word to each other.

Wawrinka . I can't find exactly where his bulge is there...it looks like there's an outline, but it looks like it would be too big surely .
BTW nice pic of Harrison .
Everytime Rafa complains to an umpire about being warned for time when he takes over 25 seconds, I just....
Serena lost me when she threatened to 'fucking kill' a line judge. Her amateur dramatics on court at times are pathetic and she has to be one of the worst players to watch ever. I used to defend her a lot to people and now I just can't be bothered.
The bath and massage pics are hot btw, keep them - and us - coming

*Tsigh* Tsonga is another colossal underachiever. It's really too bad about him. Will that appearance in the finals of the Australian be the high-water mark of his career? I'm beginning to tsuspect tso.
Wow @ Bagdhatis! I haven't given him any attention in a while. He's really slimmed himself. He just needs to firm up a bit and he might be certifiably hot.
Ryan Harrison is pretty much my dream man. Total cutie
She does have anger problems...but there were times she could've blown up and didn't as well, like the Justine Henin hand incident, 2004 USO with all those bad calls, and that Indian Wells match you mentioned.
2009 and 11 USO incidents were not excusable...but her monologue to the umpire in 2011 USO final was fucking hilarious .
So we have Suckful Wawrinka in the final. I'd love if he could win but he'll be tired as hell. I think I'll tune out .
Sometimes black people are this way, they think another black person in the same profession or business is supposed to treat them differently.
Serena doesn't owe Sloane Stephens anything she needs to grow up and act like a tennis professional.
Sloane complaining about Venus and Serena not signing a poster from when she was twelve years old is pathetic. It seems like Sloane is the one who wants a relationship with Serena.
The problem for Sloane is this, Serena is a competitor you can like her or hate her BUT she's a legend with a killer instinct. Serena is under NO obligation to be Sloane's mentor just because they are black American women.
Chanda Rubin and the Williams Sisters are respectful to each other BUT they were NEVER FRIENDS. Even after Venus and Serena destroyed Rubin on the tennis court she understood it is simply business. Sloane needs to grow up put her big girl pants on and get a life.
Is Serena perfect ABSOLUTELY NOT! I was very disappointed in Serena's behaviour at the 2009 US OPEN she got disqualified and I think that was the right decision but she learned from it.
But I don't see people bitching and complaining about that white asshole Andy Roddick's behaviour. Andy Roddick is rude, crude, and extremely obnoxious he's swears, screams and yells at the lines people when he doesn't get his way.
Jennifer Capriati is the biggest bitch in women's tennis history she always bitched about the line calls, swearing and cussing, but because she's white she gets a free pass for her bad behaviour.
Bitch or not, Serena is my girl and my motto is beat everybody that gets in the way of my and winning, even Venus, lol. I, like others are disappointed in some of the antics but I know my mouth would have gotten me in a lot of trouble if I played and thought I was getting screwed over but it would have been he said she said because I would catch a bitch off court and cuss her out and leave it at that. Didn't even make the news last week when Vika went off on the same umpire Serena had it out with, Vika told her "after all you have done, i'm surprised you have a job" or something to that effect. Getting yelled at comes with the territory, outside of threats that is, if you dont like to get yelled out, dont participate in sports. I also haven't seen much on the news about Conners and Everett relationship that may or may not involved an abortion. Some people need to keep some things to themselves.

Damn Rafa's back is fine - as is Wawrinka's bulge. Hot pics as always. I've made a decision not to get into these slightly off-topic discussions because, to be honest, I just wanna perv over the hot guys. Slap my wrists if I slip up at any time and start shouting my mouth off again!
