TBH I was a bit mad with Berdych after the QF last night. Not because he lost but because after he won the second set playing good tennis he just faded, and lost the third in what seemed like 10 minutes with no fight
I would love just one night with Tsonga. He's so hot!
Fantastic that Serena is out, especially to Sloane who seems like such a lovely girl. Shame Tsonga didn't take Federer out but hopefully Murray wil do the business. I can honestly say I've no idea who's going to win men's or women's now.
I only have high interest in tennis if Serena, Andy or Roger are playing otherwise if I miss it,so be it. I will catch the replay online. I hate Serena is out but that's ok, less tennis I have to keep up with now. I can now focus on the men's. As long as Fed or Murray win's I'm good but I'm sure Nole will make it to the final. It boggles me how players get so close and then go away. I just knew Stan had Nole beat. I also hope Sloane wins or at least doesn't get beat too badly by Vika and if noises bother her, she is in for a world of hurt playing Vika or Maria but hopefully she will make it to the final.
He got that thickness, the kind that make you get up makin' biscuits with breakfast, so gone - Jill Scott - So Gone

I'm such a complaining bitch I know, but is anyone else disappointed that after so many opportunites for several players, it's still the same old players in the SF? Novak, Roger, Murray, and the next highest seed Ferrer...
Btw, I really dislike Azarenka. Taking that MTO to throw off Sloane's momentum is a low move. Vika needs to get her lies straight. First it was the two injuries timeout, the rib and the knees. Then it's her having a hard time breathing. And laughing a lot while telling that lie to the interviewer.
I hope Li Na takes out Vika in the final. Pretty please with cherry on top.
What a beatdown Novak gave to David. Total annihilation. Played out of this world. Hot.
(but poor David).
Djokovic was awesome, never in doubt. If I get Murray in the final I'll be happy whoever wins although leaning towards Novak as always.
I'm feeling kinda smug cos I predicted Li Na in a final, Sharapova was poor against her today. I'm convinced Sharapova goes to pieces when someone is hitting hard at her. That's why I think she won hte French because it is isn't as easy to hit someone off the court there.
As for Vika, it's nothing almost all the other players haven't done at some point including someone like Henin who still had saintly status at the end of her irritating career. Women's tennis has been pretty shit for most of this tournament. Not one memorable match that was memorable due to quality and to have two semis where the losers won only nie games is just an embarrassment. Equal prize money my arse.

Tsonga looking better than ever in those pics btw, thank you for those.
It's not the screeching for me it's the wham bam brainless play they bring to the court. A Serena match - and most of hte others for that matter - goes like this ..
you get the picture. They were playing power tennis in the later 90s and early noughties but it was enthralling. The likes of Capriati, Seles, Davenport and the Williams were just at a different level now. The problem watching Serena - and why I don't bother any more - is she has realised she can just totally outmuscle everyone so that's what she does. It's ugly to watch.
Serena's power is her strongest attribute but she isn't all brainless ball bashing. She moves a lot better than most the other BBB and can actually serve. It's just unfortunate that she's basically a walking hospital.
Azarenka is a disgrace. Big time.
Guess what Novak did right after his semi:
Man I love watching Andy Murray's cock bounce around in his shorts. His matches are always hot for that reason
^His junk always makes its presence known in matches. By far the most of the top players for sure.
Another classic/epic match between Fed and Andy, loved it. Didn't have a rooting favorite so I just enjoyed the exquisite tennis, tension, and drama (including that awkward interaction between the two when Murray was serving for the match in the 4th).
Another night of sleep sacrificed...but worth it.
Yes Murray's shorts left little 2 the imagination last night...no pix yet
Here's Rogers AO pix
Murray's shorts amazing, just wow.
As for Federer, I'm convinced he could shoot someone and be praised for doing it with class and finesse. He acted like a tosser at times during that match, just because he struggles against Murray. He never really gets called for it and he has done it with Murray since the start showing him very little respect. He pisses me right off as does the reaction to him by pundits everywhere. Good riddance.
because no one ever critices federer. he can be a right bitchy twat and yet no one ever seems to notice. if djokovic had said something like that to murray the pundits would have been down his throat.
i've got nothing against animosity between players just the double standards regarding federer.
See-saw, drama-filled, injury-ridden, errorfest of a women's final! It was a train wreck that I just couldn't look away from.
Feel sorry for Li Na. What a error machine. But nice gal nonetheless. Disappointed that Vika won after the crap she pulled in the semi.
Murray has so many skin pimples and skin tags ??
NEVER LISTEN TO A ONE SIDED STORY AND JUDGE.
like or loathe Vika that was an amazing mental effort for her today. i love li na, she is a great character but i was happy either way. the attitude to vika reminds me of how people were with seles before the stabbing and she has similar mental strength.
i'm not going to defend Vika in the semi final but people need to give her a break because she is being made into a villain even when she does nothing wrong. the pundits are as much to blame as anyone. you had the eurosport commentators rooting for li na so that vika got her 'commupence' - decent pundits should rise above twitter hate!
i also would never defend murray's behaviour on court, he's been a total brat for years and hard to like although he seems to have that under control now.
So far, Murray playing extremely well - Novak is not. Rather like the US Open final.
Novak picked it up and Andy tightened up (and got some nasty blisters on his big toe). Not to mention feather-gate in that 2nd set TB...but a top pro shouldn't be bothered by a stray feather, if it did indeed throw off his concentration there.
Glad Novak won! 4-time AO champion and now 6-time slam champ!
Better luck next time Andy, you'll get many more chances.
The feather thing was a load of bollocks, the BBC put way too much emphasis on it at the end. The better player won, once Novak went up the gears - and I don't think he was ever at his absolute best in this match - there was only one winner. It might have been tight but it was scrappy with only a handful of really standout rallies. Delighted for Djokovic.
Pix of our 3peat AO champion
wonderful, thank you

Memories of 2013 AO
Tomic, Delpotro, Murray, Berdych & Haas
Blast from the past!
I miss Gonzalez. Handsome man with a good game and personality .
Hoping players like Gonzalez & Roddick will eventually join the seniors tour like Phillippousis & Moya...any former player who has been in a grand slam final or Davis Cup final is eligible I believe (unsure how long they have 2b retired 2 join)
A little over 3 weeks 'til my Delray trip so I want 2 start posting about the anticipated entry list starting with #13 in the world John Isner
More from John
Next up world #20 Alex Dolgopolov
Former champ Tommy Haas is a staple @ the Delray Beach ITC
These players r also scheduled 2 play next month
#44 Lukas Lacko, #31 Kevin Anderson, #27 Mardy Fish, #14 Marin Cilic & #18 Kei Nishikori
i'm not seeing john isner in that first picture, who the hell is the hunk is he with?!
Lopez is another with a good game to watch . I won't even mention what a headcase he is (oops ).
Nice video of Novak after winning the AO:
LOve that video. He so gets it! Great for the sport.
JUst found myself watching the Hit for Haiti tennis. It's fantastic fun, never seen it before. Roddick steals it with a joke to the line judge about Serena. All fantastic though. Gotta say they all seem like really great people but I could be being a bit naive!
