I may try and get to Auckland to watch one day of tennis . Early this year I watched three days and stayed there a whole week . Don't have the money this time.
If I could I'll watch the Colombian hunks, Giraldo and Falla . Benoit Paire will also be there . Maybe I should get a ticket to first round matches then .
Paire is seriously handsome. Gutted that there does seem to be negative news coming out about Rafa. He'll be out of the top 10 come April I would have thought.

Stan Wawrinka looks like he has a boner here, standing next to Benoit .
Britain’s Prince William presented Novak Djokovic with the “Centrepoint Premier Award for Contribution to the Lives of Youth Accross the World” in recognition of his charity work with the Novak Djokavic Foundation tonight at the Winter Whites Gala in London. The Gala had numerous retired players in attendance (Bjorn Borg, Boris Becker, John McEnroe and more) as well as celebrities (Jude Law!) and attendees watched Tim Henman take on Goran Ivanisevic for a spot of enjoyable tennis.
Rafa returning will be good although his game is not to my tastes. I wonder how long he can stay healthy this time though. For a few years now he's been playing between injury breaks. He can't get away with that forever .
Anyway found this nice pic of Tsonga, kind of by accident.
I always thought Rafa was going to driven out by injury- just the way he plays, no one's body can stand up to that. I seriously doubt he'll see 30 on the tour.
I'm glad to see Rafa returning to play even though Abu Dhabi is just a exhibition. Although he really needs to manage his scheduling better than what its been the past few years.
They've added so many clay events- even to the summer, he could only play from March to August each year- win 8 clay events and play 2 grass and he'd still probably be top 5 each year- and end his career with 12 French Opens.
To think he only played for about half the year and is still Top 4. He could have won the Aussie Open last year. I don't think Rafa will come back half arsed, I think he will have a Serena type comeback. He knows he's mentally stronger than most, he's had plenty of time to study Djokovic's game. Nadal can be a very cerebral player.
Love Maria! I wish she could losen up sometimes because I think that is part of what has held her back against the absolute best despite having a great year. On another note, it never ceases to amaze me how different the players are when they are relaxed and not in a match. Suddenly you remember they are human.
Nice to see Novak on holiday, Im hoping for more pics - preferably enjoying a dip in speedos!

I fell hard for Rafa the first time, so while I love Djoko very much and his legs more so, Rafa is the beginning and end for me. Of course the fact that he has a bigger butt than Djoko also tips the scales. In their last few matches I have been rooting for Djokovic but Nadal will be the underdog when he comes back so naturally I will probably root for him. Of course if any of them face big daddy Tsonga they'll get no love from me

Speaking of exhos, Caro's really jealous of Serena's booty. She's stuffed herself with towel's twice now during exhos to look more like her .
there was actually a lot of controversy about Wozniacki's imitation- it was all over the Yahoo news page and several others- they were saying it was racist....anytime ANYONE says or does anything that mocks, questions, teases, etc the Williams sisters- it has to be racist according to the press- their father has the press trained well- he said that every other hour back when they started playing and it stuck.
Djokovic Buys Entire World's Supply of Donkey Cheese
World No. 1 Novak Djokovic, who is set to open a chain of restaurants in Serbia, has bought the world's entire supply of donkey cheese.
Pule, a Serbian delicacy, is a white cheese made with donkey's milk, which sells for €1,000 ($1,233) a kilogram.
The cheese is produced at a farm in Zasavica, west of Belgrade. Each kilogram requires 25 litres of donkey milk, with the females in the 130-strong herd being milked three times a day.
The farm's manager, Slobodan Simic, told London’s Daily Telegraph, “It will save a lot of effort having to deal with various restaurants, with only one customer buying the lot we don't have to worry too much about salesmen. It is a great vote of confidence as well, in what we do here."
OMG, watching Rafa VS Hewitt at '05 Australian Open on http://vault.australianopentv.com/ (you can watch some whole matches there from past Australian Opens!)
Rafa used to play silently some of the time which is very odd to think.
the whole racism thing is a load of bullshit. everything is racist these days and i think wozniacki - who i am no fan of - should sue anyone who says such a thing about her. if you look at serena it is quite obvious she has a big arse and boobs, it is a fact and that is not racist, we've simply lost the meaning of the word in this PC world.
nice to see novak enjoying himself, though his holiday snaps from last year were hotter.
Year End No.1 - Rafael Nadal
Top 10 Debut - Milos Raonic
Top 20 Debut - Jerzy Janowicz, Kevin Anderson
Top 10 Exit - Richard Gasquet, Joe Wilfried Tsonga
First Time Slam Winner - None
Australian Open - Novak Djokovic
French Open - Rafael Nadal
Wimbledon - Roger Federer
US Open - Novak Djokovic
Most Titles - Rafael Nadal
Nadal has very little to defend hence less pressure can shoot for the moon. Also feel he will be more hungry and done thorough homework on the Top 3
Bold predictions, not long now and I can't wait. I really have no idea who is going to win what yet and usually I am quite good at predictions. Gonna be a great year.
so Rafa wins 1 slam- the one he won last year, so he won't get any points for it and Novak wins 2- adding points and you still have Rafa #1....OK......Yes- Rafa will add points July- October- but historically speaking- that has always been his lack luster part of the year even when healthy.... I think #1 will be more of a contest between Murray and Novak.
Murray ain't getting a sniff at No.1, he's just too much of an egghead who has consistently cracked under pressure. The Olympics and US Open were anomalies.
Nadal has loads to gain on Wimbledon, Masters 1000, US Open plus Aussie Open was very close last year and Nadal was coming off a similar lay off i.e he hit the ground running
