When I was being bullied in high school, I would come home and tv was my friend. No one wanted to be associated with me because they were afraid of being also called gay. So when I had nothing else, I had tv

I believe the same kind of thing happened with Rosie O'Donnell. I get the impression that she turned to tv when her mother died when she was a child. I thought I was the king of tv, and then Rosie got her talk show, and she knew more stuff than I knew.

When I'm at home, the tv is usually on, whether I'm watching it or not. I may be on the computer doing something but the tv will be on in the background.

But the reason I do this alert thread is to let others know when something interesting might be on that they may not know otherwise. Each week I go to all the websites, look at who the guests are, and report back here.

How many hours of tv do I watch? I plead the 5th. ;-)
