can't renew supporter status
Here's the message I get:
*********
Dear .
You recently attempted to subscribe to http://www.hsboys.com.
Unfortunately, we were unable to process your transaction at this time for the following reason:
You currently have a subscription and are unable to signup.
Please try our backup processor by clicking this here
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. If you wish to re-subscribe to this website using a different billing method, you may do so by clicking on the website's link offered below.
Thank you for choosing CCBill as the eMerchant for your subscription!
**********
The 'backup processor' link sends me to epoch.com and tries to register me for a 3 day trial of hsboys. I do not want a subscription to hs boys!
I'd make this simple and send a check, but it won't get down the road by Tuesday.
I tried to go to support, and it comes up as a black page at first, then makes me create a new account for that?????

Re: can't renew supporter status
This is what was happening to me and they never resolved it. The JUB support tech set my account to supporter status because we went back and forth for 3 weeks with no resolution.
You should put in a support ticket and let them know it is happening, they need to know more than one person is having this issue. You don't need to sign up for anything, they just need your email address so that they can keep in contact with you.
I put my support ticket in through the "help" button at the top of the page. Use the "can't find the answer" button and select "create a new ticket."
Hope that helps. Sorry if I told you crap you already know.
