When you say stocky, do you mean muscular and fat, or just overweight?

Muscular and fat (as in muscular with 17-25% bodyfat) can look stocky and still hot like many of these pictures.

Overweight without that muscle isn't such a big turn on to me, while there are some exceptions, it is a person by person basis if my body reacts. Chubby is different, I am talking about more than chubby when I say overweight.

I have a stocky/beefy build. You don't do as much cardio and don't eat as healthy/lean as the ripped/lean types. Just gotta hit the weights and eat basically, ha. It's way easier to get a body like this that the lean types.

I'm cutting down to 10% bodyfat, enough to get rid of it from my lower abs, however I look silly. My upper abs are quite big so it looks weird, I will probably look like I have fake ab-implants at 9-10% bodyfat.

However I need good cardio for the military so it is a hard battle between eating enough calories versus running and lifting as much as I usually do. I hate to eat maccas and KFC, so protein powder mixes with full fat milk (and sometimes oats and peanut butter and bananna in the shaker for breakfast) is worth its weight in gold (or calories if you like lol)

My goal is to come back up to 15-16% bodyfat distributed a bit better than just on my stomach though hopefully, I hate the vascularity I have, veins gross me out, having that layer of fat to cover the veins up a bit is sooooo much nicer.
