im doing good. just been busy. have been making some changes in my life, working out more, eating a lot better , spending less time in front of the computer/ipad/iphone when i get home from work (a technology overload)

Not too bad. Just relaxing got the whole weekend off. Just got home a few hours ago. Drove 200 miles down and 200 miles back from seeing my great nephews play basketball.

Fat is gaining 20lbs and 5inches to my waist over the last two years
