It was on 3.0 tight. I switched it to 3.0 classic and got the same message. Is there a solution?

This shouldn't be happening because this only happened before the site was updated a long time ago. The update is since then "live" and the servers only deliver the updated page. That's why I thought you still might be using some old template/style that everybody forgot about. But if that isn't the case - did you try clearing your browser cache/deleting the temporary internet files?
