More like his crotch. From that angle Nick wouldn't be able to see the valet's ass. But his head is tilted at the proper angle to look directly at the guy's groin. This would suggest that if Nick is gay he would be more interested in receiving dick than giving.

That is because his hair in the "Widow's Peak" grows out at a different angle than the rest of his scalp. It doesn't mean he'll go bald there. In fact, Men who have the widow's peak tend to go bald on the outer edges of the top, from the front before the widow's peak goes. By the time he's bald there, he'll already have been bald over most of his head.
