In any number of celeb threads those two have entered you really have to wade through short post/counter-posts that go in circles and seem like they'd be better suited on AIM or in PM's or something, since it really is a two-person conversation going on. Nick, who has Type1 diabetes, has an OmniPod insulin delivery system on his lower back. He wears the pump to deliver insulin to his body when he needs it, so he doesn't have to deal with the insulin injections. Maybe that's why.
