I have 2 herniated disks, therefore the cortisone injections.

do you know what you have? Could it even be a sprained or pulled muscle?

Well, all day yesterday, I had this stiffness on the right side of my neck, and when I was looking down, this nagging little pain in the middle of my back... but I went to bed relatively pain free... But when I woke up this morning, I think I twisted on the wrong way, and suddenly, I had this sharp pain in the middle of my back... it took me a few minutes, and i was able to stand up: i took some acetaminophen and a warm shower and it was a little better, but I do need to calculate all my move to avoid having more pain...

Did you ever replace your mattress?

Is the back swollen when u get up with that pain? If so it needs ice at that point to bring down the swelling.

It's 51F at 6AM, but still dark so I can't tell if it is clear or cloudy.

I flipped the mattress, But I can't really afford replacement for the moment (I don't have a good credit, so this is not an option for the moment)

I don't hink I am swollen...

I will try to go for a walk later, exercise might help me...
