No, they meant that both Charlie & Randy had a similar scene in their versions of QAF. Randy had a scene like that in the US version & Charlie had a scene like that in the UK version. They are not both in the scenes. Randy isn't jerking Charlie off, nor is Charlie jerking Randy off.

The UK version only ran for 6 episodes with a 2 hour sequel so there was definately more sex and nudity in the 5 season US version.
