Just wanted to see if anyone on these forums is into gaming.
I'm a big RPG and FPS fan. At the moment I only plat online via Xbox Live. My Gamertag is bodmodkub, so feel free to add me to your friends list.

Right now I'm playing Phantasy Star Universe on the 360 (a nice little psuedo MMO) and Final Fantasy XII on PS2.

I started a thread called "Attention: xbox 360 owners" in hopes that fellow gamers would post there xboxlive gamer tags there. Well so far only a couple of ppl have posted. If JUB is full of gay gamers, they certainly don't want to let other know that they are!

Anyways my favourites are RPG's, survival horror and First person shooters! I send a friends request to you soon so that you can add me!

I love RPG's as well. I temporarily stopped playing Zelda because it pissed me off. That and I need component cables so my games wont look like shit on my tv.

Yeah, there was another thread. People respond but they don't post gamertags or anything. If you play 360, PS3 or Wii games, you should all post your stuff. Here's mine

    Gamertag: Indreama
    PSN Name: CrimsonKnight
    Wii Code: 6212 1649 1108 3448

Anyone can add me. I don't care. I have too many games to list but mostly I play Perfect Dark Zero, Dead or Alive 4, Gears of War, LoZ: TP, Resistance and NB2k7.

    Re: Gay Gamers

I loved the DS version FFIII. I think they did a great job making it 3D.

Right now I'm playing the new Castlevania for the DS, which is pretty darn good. I've been lax with FFXII for PS2, mostly because the story really hasn't drawn me in. I'm thinking about hopping back onto Phantasy Star Universe for the 360, since I'm paying monthly for it. I just need to get a good crew of people to play with.

I don't have a PS3 or a Wii yet, but I'll prolly jump on the Wii in a few weeks. I'll post my friend code when I get it.

I'm a PS2 gamer, PS3 is still way to expensive for me. I do mainly racing games, just finished NFS Carbon, it was too easy.

Am I the only racer here?

I'm a Gaymer too. I have a PSOne, PS2 and a Dreamcast. Planning to get PS3 when if finally comes out here *rolls eyes* and maybe a Wii, because it looks fun.
I mostly play RPGs, fighting games, action-adventure, etc.
My most favourite series of all is Final Fantasy, I beat FFXII in Japanese, there's 115 hours on my timer but still haven't completed all of the mob hunts. The earlier ones just bored me to death. I just beat Gilgamesh for the first time.

yeah, im a big gaming nerd. as of now i bought the wii and waiting for the 360 to get a bit cheaper or for sony to realize that that price is absurd. but as of now im sinking my teeth into FFXII (which has been disappointing more the further i get into it), Twilight Princess (GC version appeals more to me, i think im the only person), and Castlevania Portrait of Ruin on my DS which is a very fun castlevania title, but ive loved all the vanias pretty much. ooh, and Valkyrie Profile Lenneth on my PSP, which is a FANTASTIC game.

Exactly the same here. Horror anything is my favorite (books, movies, games) so I love all of that stuff.

Oblivion on the 360 got annoying because of it having to load something every three seconds. But it's still the second best looking game on the console. I got a few hours in before I sold it, lol.

Damn I posted in a old thread. I did not even see this one.

I've been playing PC games for as long as I can remember starting with Wizardry on an state of the art 8086. Mostly I play Multi-Player games with a pinch of SP mixed in.

    MP
    Battlefield 2 and 2142
    UT04 waiting for UT 2007
Return to Castle Wolfenstein (mainly with old clan mates)

    SP
    Half-Life 2
Oblivion (man this is a long game)
    Dark Messiah
Never Winter Nights 2 (just started this with my bf)

Anyway glad to see that there are other gaymers here.

Yah, RFOM is a great shooter! I really enjoyed that game a lot. Too bad it's the only decent game that the PS3 currently has. *sigh*

I suppose it's just as well at the moment. I've got so many games to play on the 360 and the Wii that if there were more good games for the PS3 out right now, I'd be in real trouble!

I'm looking forward to Lair and Heavenly Sword for the PS3, but I never trust release dates for games. If you look at the pending dates for the PS3, there's a shitload of games due out in March, but I highly doubt they'll all actually get released then. Some of them will prolly get delayed.

And again I'll say that anyone who likes shooters and has a 360 should check out the free multiplayer demo for Lost Planet. I've been playing it all weekend long and having a blast. I can't wait for the full game to come out next week so I can see what the other levels/maps are like.

The thought of next-gen horror makes me giggly. The graphics of GoW plus some scary shit like Fatal Frame should take away my capacity to eat for ages.

Yay for Zelda! It's my all time fave game series. It's just sooo much fun to play those games (and, of course, it helps that Link is haaaawt)!

I'm almost done with Twilight Princess. I'm in the Twilight Palace now, so I'm getting there, and I would have to say I think that this will be my fave of the Zelda games (unless something radically changes between now and the end of the game for me).

Ocarina of Time was my previous fave, but I think Twilight actually beats it out. I didn't think that would be possible, so my hat's off to Nintendo!

Gabe2006: did you get all the pieces of heart and find all the poes in the game? You're not a real Zelda fan unless you do that, you know. *grin*

Same here...but in all fairness. Warcraft was there very first game into the Real time strategy market. Everybody seems to be going nuts for World of Warcraft. But I think it's been done to death. They made the horde into good guys. The Scourge are defeated. Now they got some underwater fishmen trying to take over the surface?! COME ON GUYS!! You made the ending of Starcraft a cliff hanger!! I can't even explain how Diablo 2 ends cause it doesn't make sense to me!

On a brighter note, I am looking forward to Command & Conquer 3 from Westwood games (which was bought out by EA games.)

Yeah the cinematics where based on the old crazy guy at the beginning of the game telling the story to (you know who...don't want to spoil it for anybody who hasn't played the game yet!) but your character was oh I don't know...it was strange! Yeah, Tyreal said that he'd have to destroy the stone and the world might end but that as a personal favour he was going to send you to another world where you would be safe....except that other world just so happens to be the beginning of the game again!

It was like, is my character stuck in a time warp??? Doomed to keep repeating his journeys over and over again? I little video ending showing my character living on some other world or plane would have been nice instead of showing the asylum being burned to the ground! wait. That's the ending for Diablo 2. Trying to rememeber how the expansion ends? I don't think there was a video at the end of it. Damn it! It's been so long since I played that game!

The old guy, aka Marius is not the same as your character, from what I've gathered. He's some random schmuck who fucks up by removing one of the Soulstones from Tal Rasha's chest. The thing is, the don't tell you which Soulstone it is! You assume it's Baal's based on the storyline, but then what the fuck do they do with it? Shouldn't they destroy it like your character does with Mephisto's? SUCH AMBIGUITY; I CANNOT LIVE WITHOUT THESE ANSWERS!

In any event, I just love that cinematic where Marius takes the soulstone. Not only is it visually awesome, but Tyreal chokes the guy or some shit. Haha, so much for being an angel.

Wow, and now I feel sufficiently nerdy.

Kingdom Hearts is great. Which one are you playing? The sequel is even better in my opinion.

I think I'm still in the beginning of the story, as I've only just finished the Tarzan level.
Kingdom Hearts was a bitch to beat. Be sure to contact me if you have any problems with it. Luckily, the sequel was less complicated. The only complaint I have with it was the number of cut scenes. OMG, I couldn't play that game for 2 minutes without a cut scene popping up.

Rpg/Strategy gamer somtimes one on one fighting games to and I only play racing games that I can blow up the other player lol

Suikoden, Final Fantasy, Brigandine, Mortal Kombat, Tekken, but at the moment Im going a little old school starting Super Mario Rpg again and I just finished Mystic Quest... I've always found replaying a game is more fun than first time thro but I guess I'm wierd like that

I always liked a game called Petz, it had a wonderful community of forums and places you could "adopt" and trade pets, there were even ways to mod or hexedit the eight or so breeds that came with the program to look like completely different beeds. You could breed them and teach them tricks and feed them; it definitely tamed my craving for a dog for a few years They had Catz and Dogz version from 1-5 and then I guess went out of business. Of course I wouldn't be caught dead playing it now

I am kinda irked that some of my least favorite Disney movies are featured so far, but seeing Maleficent and Oogie Boogie in a cutscene hopefully means it'll get better.
I have a link to give you. This website is extremely helpful in playing Kingdom Hearts. http://www.bellaonline.com/gaming/st...ib_khwalk.html I noticed you mentioned Oogie Boogie, which brings me to some bad news. Since you're still in the jungle, you won't be meeting any Nightmare Before Christmas characters for a VERY long time.
