Video games are my main hobby. I have been playing them for the past 18 years. My favorite game of all time is The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time.

I can't wait for the Nintendo 3DS's North American launch date tomorrow! But I hope that it costs $250 and not $300 like I suspect it might.

Oh so the launch date is about to be revealed huh. I saw some youtube videos of some of the features of it. Like the mii face thing, AR, and some games. Kingdom Hearts: Dream, Drop Distance looks amazing. Too bad the name isn't. Sounds like something Hikaru did. But maybe it would be more like Sakura Drop Dream.

It might as well be that. But the jet set radio-ish grinding, wall jumping, and falling soras seem epic. $250 is a really high price. that's 50 more than the wii and 50 away from the PS3/Xbox 360.

I like nintendo, I loved the GBA, DS, GC, and Wii. But every nintendo console has shown that while the pretty events, videos, and hype for the new console seem fun, it seems that the really good titles come out a year or two later. That's not to say there aren't amazing titles coming out but you gotta ask yourself after you play those how long do you have to wait for others to come out? That's just my opinion on new nintendo consoles. Plus I have a feeling they'll make a revised model a year or two later just like the DS Lite. But it does look really amazing. I am still extremely curious about the 3D movies that they said they'd talk more about later.

Give 3D a year or two. It will be much better.

Also LBP2 is epic. Just did the opening thing and that was already epic. I love the costumes I got from the collectors edition too. The Clu costume is much cooler than I thought. I love the clank and jak costume too. The space costume is also available this week. I'm gonna grab that.

It's my second favorite one of all time. Only one that ranks higher is Super Mario Bros 3. Two games that never get old and have withstood the rest of time IMO.

I just finished AC:Brotherhood, still working on Fallout: NV, playing CoD: BO quite a bit, and of course, the old standby, The Sims 3. I play pretty much anything except sports/racing games. I find them too repetitive. Possibly gonna get LBP 2.

I'd like to hear more about DC Universe Online... I've been playing City of Heroes/Villains for years, but what I hear about this sounds cool. But I'm just getting to a point where I know how to build powerful toons in CoV and my VG The Obsidian Oath is going strong so not inclined to jump ship. I don't have time for 2 similar games, so unless it really blows CoV/CoH away... who out there can compare/contrast the reasons I should check it out?

Ha so you decided to get it. I remember you said you were thinking about cancelling the collectors edition. I love the sack doll too. It's really cool. The book holders (w/e you call it) are really cool too. I love the DLC you get and so far my favorite is Daxter. But CLU is awesome too.

I haven't had much time to play it so I'm not far into the story. I've played some online levels and some of them are really good. The better ones are starting to pop up.

I'm techguy30 on there. I'll probably be able to really play a lot this weekend. I'm aiming for the PANDA COSTUME.

Definitely going to get Mass Effect 2, and Little Big Planet 2 tomorrow. only own a Ps3 and Wii so never had the chance to play Mass Effect 1. I know there's a comic book with choices you can make, but can anyone say how well it flows into the game and how much of a difference it really makes?

Bulletstorm was really fun. The demo came out earlier this week and the only problem with it is that it made me want to play more.

Just started playing DC Universe Online (I abandoned City of Heroes/Villians). Loving it so far. It does have some similarities to COH, but the overall experience has been more fun for me. I'm enjoying creating different types of custom characters and creating based-on characters.
Firespot is my favorite character. He's a speedster with dual yield swords and fire based powers. Little guy is virtually indestructable! Hardly ever use the fire powers...
Haven't figured out the levelling concept of DCUO yet, nor have I explored all the servers. Virtue and Vice server has quite a few gaymers on it, so I've had fun playing next to them.

My xbox does that. It only opens if there's a CD in there and sometimes not even then. I wouldn't recommend it but sometimes I use a knife to wedge it open a bit and grab it as it comes out.

Otherwise, dump it and buy a 360.

Do you mean the actual story mode game itself or online?

Because honestly online is a little laggy right now. Some people are sometimes stuck on the loading screen or sometimes if someone joins an online game you are in you either don't appear in the game and the camera follows them or it's somehow glitched or you die.

The only glitch I've had in the story so far is I was playing with someone and near the very end she got disconnected or signed out and the platform below me that was supposed to open did not open >_>".

I haven't been stuck on the loading screen too often. I only had the Planet in Pod glitch once. I haven't been on in 3 days so they might have fixed it or something. Or are you referring to the floaty jumping? That's still there. And I like it I don't want that to change. Lots of people think that mario is the perfect platformer and that the jumping should be like mario. But it's not mario it's LBP.
