Randomly looking at trailers/demo's on steam and came across a game called Sine Mora. I love shmups but the thing that caught my ear the most was the music and it is composed by Akira_Yamaoka (Silent Hill).

Although I'd be giving the wrong impression if I let on that this music sounds anything like something from Silent Hill. I personally enjoy it and think it fits a shmup well.

Well this is sort of half of San Andreas, it might not have San Fierro and Las Venturas but it has Los Santos. It will be a huge improvement over IV because quite frankly Liberty City was depressing and overrated I hope they never return to that shitty city.

The original House of the Dead is finally getting re-released on PSN

Finished Metro 2033 yesterday and ended up really enjoying it. Really good atmosphere and great narrative. The story is a bit ambiguous but still pretty good. It really benefits you doing some stealth through certain sections or things can be a bit rough, I found out the hard way with that.

There is one section that really sucks where you have to carry a kid on your back through a section of the game and they decided to make your move really sluggishly with enemies running around. Was bit annoying figuring out the enemies in a part of it had an infinite spawn and your best bet was just running the whole time. Luckily it is a small portion and the rest of the game is really good.

My roommate just got The Witcher 2 for PC. I've seen videos of it before but they never did it justice. The graphics in this game are insanely gorgeous it is ridiculous, especially the lighting. I was in awe watching him play it.

Just getting started on Sleeping Dogs. So far, it's been a fun GTA-esque game set in Hong Kong. I love grabbing enemies during a fight and shoving them in dumpsters or phone booths, slamming shutters on their heads, or pushing their faces into industrial fans.

Played some of Street Fighter X Megaman... I have to say, those boss battles are vicious, and so far the one I can't wait to beat thoroughly is fucking C. Viper. If anyone is designed for this crossover so far, it's DEFINITELY her.

I didn't even touch Mega Man x SF yet. I assume it is pretty great anyway. Been playing The Walking Dead game and it is actually pretty decent. Also been playing Dragon Age Origins, I never played it before because it is the kind of rpg that benefits greatly played on the PC. For me at least.

I like Dragon Age Origins but there are things that tend to annoy me and right now kind of piss me off. There are constant ambushes in this game and I totally tread carefully in this game because of that but there really seems like a bit of a reliance on that to make this game a bit more "difficult."

I feel like the game is treating me like an idiot. There are guys blocking my path that are hidden as "allies", I fought them and already lost. So it is kind of irritatimg that I have to trigger them to not be hostile as if I don't already know that.

I love it, its fun setting traps and performing massive combos. They have one trap that is a music box that grinds up the victim and plays a melody during that, then it spits their body out through the top. Good times, its called Trapt if you want to get it for the ps2.
