I like the hair actually; I think it suits him and it's probably a great time (first couple years of college) to experiment with different looks and really coming into your own in terms of look, style or, you know, the more important self-identity stuff, all that.

It's true that as they get older they look less alike which I think is also cool about the "coming into their own" kind of thing. In that Dylan article I posted up in post 857, I liked this quote from the piece which nicely reflects that: "Dylan does have a twin brother named Cole Sprouse, but it made us respect him when he acknowledged that, even though he enjoys the time that he spends with his brother, he enjoys being recognized as an individual."

I would do some, but there are a couple of problems..... The first one is that there just aren't any high quality head shots to work with. Most pictures are crummy out of focus shots that make for lousy fakes. The second problem..... I did the last two fakes of the twins on here back in August, and didn't get even one comment. Combine those two things together and, frankly, there just isn't much of an incentive to do any fake of the guys.

Actually Cole's hair looks good there; I saw some pics where it was all stringy like he wasn't washing it or something. And I love Dylan's shorter cut. He lost all his baby fat and Cole looks healthier, not too scrawny like he did for awhile. It's so cute how they are always touching each other; they are obviously very close.

Agree about Cole's hair, he's trying to look Bohemian or something. It's so interesting how in the last couple of years Dylan, who was shorter and still had baby fat at 16 (I think there was an earlier period when he was really tubby), seems to have slimmed down and just about caught up in height with Cole again.

Alas, smashing a number of Sprouse fanfic writers' fantasies (and creating practical, logistical obstacles to overcome in their writing!) - many of whom are girls, actually, proving they can be just as filthy-minded or into twin-on-twin action as guys - the guys have said in a few interviews and some of those 'behind the scenes' type deals that they've had their own, separate rooms at home for quite a while and they're not in the same NYU dorm room either. I'd guess that after spending years working together all day and being seen as a single package (so to speak) they enjoy their separate identities and carving out some alone time where they're not just "half of the set of twins".

Of course having your own room does not stop you from sharing!

I think it would appear a little strange if they were roommates in college. I think it's significant enough that they are attending the same school and both are in some basically 'make your own major' program. They're obviously very close, whether or not it's sexual (I saw some study where a very large percentage of identical twins were sexually active with each other at least for awhile). I don't know if it was the writers or they had much influence, but did anyone else notice that most of the Suite Life movie was just Zack and Cody together (merging minds, wrestling each other on the grass, hugging each other, etc.) while the rest of the cast was relegated to a secondary plot?

Actually, despite their characters of Cole playing the nerdy Cody and Dylan the playah Zach, from seeing interviews with them recently, I get the feeling that Dylan might be the more sensitive and introverted one. But maybe that has something to do with his previous weight/height issues (it has to suck when your identical twin is two inches taller than you for awhile). He's smokin hot now though, while Cole's gone all bohemian.

I'll gladly fly to NYC with a tape measure, as long as I'm able to measure "other" attributes as well. I think Cole still has him by an inch or maybe even the same two. There's a noticeable difference in their shoulder heights when standing side by side. The only thing that seems to artificially keep it closer is Dylan's modified blow back hairstyle vs. Cole's tightly pulled pony tail. Everyone's right, though...Dylan has finally lost all the pudginess & looks tres fab. Maybe he doesn't like NYU dorm food.

Yeah after Demi had her little cutting/punching people breakdown Disney did not like her. Sort of like Disney didn't like Musso so much after his little DUI. Sterling Knight is a cutie too, and he did seem to be enjoying having the Sprouse twins on. One of the few skits I did think was funny was the one with the guys who thought they were anime cartoons (maybe because they were hot) and in this one they went against the Sprouses as robots.
