I got two locker room questions.

Well, Ed ... us "Old Farts" were brought up in a more "innocent" time when it was EXPECTED for Guys to get Naked around other Guys. And, it was no "Big Deal"!

I do feel sorry for the Younger Guys, of Today, that are so Shy, or, worse yet, Afraid, of being seen in their Natural Glory, by those who just maybe might wish to lead them along more sensual paths. Even if that's only in their own paranoid minds.

I'm surprised that after the "Free Love", and "Flower Power", of the late 60's, and early 70's, that OUR Generation has proven to be SO Protective, of EVERYTHING, when it comes to our kids, that they can not appreciate, let alone feel free to experience, the "Freedom" that we so cherished, and worked for, during our own "explorative" years.

We endeavored to NOT equate Naked with Sex, and yet it's just the opposite of what we've passed on to our later generations!

It is strange how much it has changed in 1 generation.

When I was young we changed and showered in jr high and high school gym -

At camp there were 10 of us in 1 room and all changed in front of each other - no privacy - and none expected.

Stay over a friends you would change in front of each other. We were all guys so we were not supposed to think a thing about it - even though I suspect we all looked.

Sure we were self conscious, especially in jr high - before that and after that it did not matter so much but those few years you were very aware of it - but you changed and that was that.

Just to add in my 2 cents. I went to a boarding school, and in our dorm we had gang showers. Two poles in the middle of a room with eight shower heads, and mornings were a great time.

No one cared about being naked in front of each other. It wasn't a big deal. Well, it may have been a big deal for some, especially if they knew about those of us who were memorizing the goods.

A few years after I graduated, the school decided that it may be too embarrassing for some guys to take showers with other guys, so they took out the poles and put in stalls.

I think that if more walls were taken down, rather then put up, more guys would be more comfortable with themselves being naked around others, and once you get used to it, it's not a big deal.

But hey, what do I know.


P.S. We once went on a camp outing with the Juniors and Seniors, and there was this cute teacher I had a crush on, and I was getting out of one of the camp ground showers, and this teacher was waiting to get in, and it was the first time I realized that you didn't have to have a big cock to be smoking hot!

And, yes, though it could be a bit traumatic, at first, I think it was a "Good Thing" overall!

Something that most guys of "Today" seem to have, sorrowfully, lost.
