Two years football on JV and then track and x-country.

I just wore pants with the tail and hip pads on the belt, and leg pads in the pant slots. Nothing underneath except a jock, but at the time the football girdle (compression shorts) was replacing jockstraps and pads in the pants.

Guys across all sports have great asses. I don't think there is a particular one where the guys look particularly better, except football pants (without the insufferable hip pads) definitely show off the male posterior better than in any other sport.

There seems to be speculation that there is some kind of padding underneath baseball and football pants in the ass. That's silly. It only looks like that because more guys are wearing compression shorts, and uniforms of course are tucked in.

I think it's fun to watch the games and see the camera guy focus on either the ass or the basket then you know he must be into it. Bet a lot of them get boners doing that. And that's a good question: if a player get s a boner how can you tell cause he's got a supporter (extra stretch or would the supporter just pop out of place?). Maybe that's why you see some of them adjust their supporters or simply they are uncomfortable?

all sports players usually have nice asses. i dunno about basketball players. back in the day when they used to wear those short pants, you could see it. now they're wearing skirt like shorts that go down to their ankles.

From my own experience playing ball in high-school and college, it's mostly because of how the glutes and thighs develop from the athletic conditioning that comes with playing the game over time. All the running, sprinting, stretching, standing, etc.

There's a little bit of help that comes from wearing the compression and sliding shorts with the padding built-in too. Those tend to somewhat accentuate and kind of lift the ass; especially if you just wear compression shorts with a jock. I noticed a difference in how my pants felt on my butt when I stopped wearing a jock and cup under just compression shorts and started wearing sliding shorts with the cup built-in.

But when you put it all together underneath a pair of good fitting uniform pants with the tucked in shirt, etc. you end up with a kind of exaggerated ass for all to see.

I agree without a doubt, ball players have the best asses. Not that I'd be biased or anything.

As a one time American football player, and a gay man, I agree with you. It is one group of football players who have the best asses!
