You can piss inside a guy with a condom on - but it means he doesn't feel anything as you do it.

You do need to hold the condom firmly on your dick - otherwise it'll shoot off inside him (but will come out later naturally). You can slide your dick quite easily out of a pissed in condom - then pull it gently out of his ass - the piss will empty out of it as you pull.
