The show was a major turn on. Makes me crave more Guido pics but there's no site on the internet devoted to them.

The boys' cockiness and stuck-up altitudes were so sexy. (I wouldnt want a partner like that in real-life but I love it on TV). Overall, the only major disappointment in the show is that they cast Vinny. That guy was kind of a wuss, whining about his "red eye", and he really isn't that much of a Guido. He doesn't got the hair, he doesn't got the muscles, and he doesn't got the look. he's too innocent. I don't like Pauly D's tats on his back but the rest of him is fine.

I wanted to watch this show for two reasons. Firstly, I had heard that the show was being protested by Italian-American groups, and any show that is protested arises my curiosity (and for the record, I actually do see why they'd be offended by the show). Secondly, I went to school in Jersey.

The show itself is so trashy, but I could see how it could become addictive. I'm not usually the type that finds mindless, trashy TV entertaining in the least. I stopped watching The Real World during Las Vegas and can't stand any of The Hills or those sorts of shows, but for some reason, as awful as it was, I was kind of entertained by this one. I doubt I'll watch another episode, but the first one kept me entertained, which for two hours, is not an easy feat for a reality show on MTV.

The guys were jackasses, but looks-wise, I though Mike and Vinnie were both hot as well. Ronnie is alright. Pauly did nothing for me. Too overly manicured.

These sorts of guys DO exist though. They brought back memories of some of the guys at my school. They're definitely NOT in the majority amongst Jerseyians and/or Italian-Americans in the Tri-State area, and outside of their little group are generally kind of made fun of for all of their ridiculousness; not that they care, as they live in their own little Guido-world bubble where they only interact with each other.
