    Saggy man-boobs

    Ok, I donīt really have terribly sagging man-boobs, but my chest area is definitly not very firm. Is there a special excersice I can do to tighten my chest? I'm not really looking for rock-hard pecks, I would rather just have a somewhat flatter chest.
    Also, I can't really afford a gym so I don't really have access to any machines. I don have some weights, though.

    Any and all advise is welcome!

    Usually there is two problems: lack of muscle tone/size and fat deposits.

    Pushups, benchpress, dumbell flies, pull-ups and chinups will all work the chest and these are exercises that you can do at home if you have a weight set or a home gym machine.

    The fat deposits can be a little more challenging. It depends on whether it is normal soft adipose fat tissue or whether it is breast tissue. Adipose tissue deposits on the chest, love handles, buttocks, belly, etc and can be reduced with cardio and dieting. Male breast tissue (gynecomastia) is a little more challenging since it is a dense fibrous tissue that usually grows in response to hormonal imbalance. Significant gynecomastia requires surgery to remove but it can be disguised by building up the muscle underneath the fat.

    Go to wal-mart and buy a gym set. I got my mine like a 100 something dollars. Not bad for a price.


    There is no need to have a expensive home gym set.

    If you have a GNC nearby, you can buy an iron gym for $30... it hooks onto the top of a doorway to enable you to do pullups/chinups, you can put it on the floor for pushups, and you can use it as a foot brace for situps.

    Push-ups. Do different kinds to work your whole chest.

    well to me it seems like you would have acondition called "Gynecomastia" (the over development of breast tissue in males) its not normal yet its not uncommon, several people have this condition usually teenage boys in their 15's-early 20's about 60% of these boys get this condition, and about 90-95% lose it as they grow out of it. now if you are one of those few unlucky 10-5% people who still have it thats an issue and it needs to be nipped in the bud or they could stretch longer and longer and eventually cause soarness and swelling...I have found that in my years of medical studies that their are 2 effective treatments...the first one is more safe and easier to do, both methods will cost mney but the first one is very easy.

    ---Do not think that just doing pec workouts will make the problem go away, if you do that you will cause the condition to worsen ....you build the muscle their yes but it is underneath the tissue ....meaning you will push the breasts out even further, and generally thats not a good idea for appearance or health...so thats not the best way out.

    1: Purchase a "Gynecomastia Vest" this is not a male bra or anything its like a hoody that you would wear except its super tight and supportive and it will basicaly suck in all the excess tissue and sometimes fat...so its good for both overweight men and gynecomastia baring people. after you put on the vest consider it an undershirt so were something over it. the midsection will be sucked in the most to uphold that male triangular figure but its not painful or discomforting as you can adjust the tightness. were you're pecs are located will be the tightest spot its important not to make it too tight and get carried away as this could cause heart issues and breathing complications. just were it all day and continue your daily routine (hopefully has exercise in it and a good diet) [would speed up the process of the removal of tissue and fat]. these vests usualy run from about 30-80 dollars most can be found at http://www.mensbreast.com/servlet/StoreFront

    2: This option should only be done if you have tried everything els and it is Gynecomastia Surgery...honestly id say this is for people who have sever gynecomastia...its very risky health wise and appearance wise their are lopsidded possibilities afterwords and since they are operationg close to you're heart their are risks their too. they remove all the fat and tissue and some excess skin, then stich you up and let you recover for a day or two, and the after pain dosnt hurt from what most patients say, they say it just feels like you did a hard workout on you're pecs and its just soar. but its usualy not issured because its an optional procedure unless its threatening health to a cirtain degree. so prices are gonna be high for it and most operations take about 1-2 hours for regular gynecomastia patients but for the severe ones it could be 5-6 hours so its pretty tough on time too, obcourse you would be sedated and you wouldn't feel anything.
