Ok, I donīt really have terribly sagging man-boobs, but my chest area is definitly not very firm. Is there a special excersice I can do to tighten my chest? I'm not really looking for rock-hard pecks, I would rather just have a somewhat flatter chest.
Also, I can't really afford a gym so I don't really have access to any machines. I don have some weights, though.
