I haven't missed an episode yet. I Love the new hunky uncle/wearwolf!

Is the Vampire Diaries on tonight?
The guys are still hot, just not finding the show as interesting anymore. Maybe it's just me?
^^I liked tonight's episode. It might not have seemed quite as riveting because it was focused on the more ancillary characters. But, seriously, I could watch Tyler read a freaking phone book and not have a single complaint--that Michael Trevino is smoking hot!!!
I thought episode was really good,
i liked Caroline's transformation in the Hospital. The mystery of the Lockwoods continues, wonder what the Moonstone is?? does is keep the wolf locked in or unlock it??
It goes without saying (but i wll) Shirtless tyler and Mason wolfing out![]()
Is Damon guna help Jeremy with his whittling![]()
I kinda felt bad for Caroline since she was one of the few characters that stayed out of the fray of craziness. Also because she had already been a victim of Damon.
Also both Michael Trevino (Tyler) and Mason (Taylor Kinney) are pretty easy on the eyes shirtless or not.
Found a screen cap![]()
Elena, Stefan and Damon have really shitty, convoluted storylines right now.
I wish they'd focus the show on Caroline, Bonnie and Tyler.
I think TVD is starting to fall off tbh...
Wow this has been abandoned for some time now. Either because people forgot about it or they're just not interested anymore.
For those of you who do still watch, what do you think about the show now that it's drawing closer to the season's finale? I was happy Bonnie got larger role toward the end but wish she wasn't absent these past two eps and I really hope she kills Klaus's witch... She's really starting to piss me off, compelled or not. Same thing with Damon, he's so desperate and risking a lot, and I really don't like that he was so willing to let Bonnie die.
I'll be glad to see Klaus' witch dead as well as Damon because they are annoying. I actually do enjoy Katherine and her craziness because she is a very intriguing character.
I actually stopped watching a few months back...the Klaus story line and the Katerina/Elena thing was boring me to tears.
But I just finished catching up today and wow. I must say the last 3 episodes of S2 were badass. I feel like the buildup to it was shitty but the payoff was great.
Thoughts:
- Bonnie + Jeremy = srs supernatural love. <3
- Bonnie's crazy powers dazzle me.
- Jeremy being able to see the dead is fucking cool.
- OMG STEFAN! EVIL. I love it when that happens. I hope we get to see him and Klaus be super villainous together.
- Damon and Elena...omg. Just get it on already. He helps Elena not be boring as hell and Stefan/Elena is so forced w/ zero chemistry.
- I was developing a soft spot for Elijah. Too bad he's dead for the millionth time now. lol
- OMG JENNA. POOR HER. But I am sooo happy they didn't kill off Alaric along w/ her. thankyougod. I love him.
- Caroline and Tyler...I HOPE THEY BECOME AN ITEM. They are all kinds of adorable. <33
Now, I'm really looking forward to S3.![]()
I don't watch, doesn't interest me.
i couldn't believe it myself. I really thought Jenna was going to live. Didn't seem like for some reason that that was going to happen.
I saw the Caroline and Tyler thing coming a long time ago because I always thought that Matt couldn't handle it and I was right.
The chemistry between Damon and Elena isn't quite right though so I really don't hope they get together, but I do agree that it seems like the relationship between Stefan and Elena seemed forced. I just think that they are in a rut.
So cool that Jeremy can see the dead and the whole Bonnie being hated by all the dead witches is cool too. Can't wait for what they pull out for the next season.
I've never heard of it.
Then why would you come into this thread and comment on...twice? With the same message?
Noooooooo! I loved Jenna![]()
Just watched the S3 premiere. It was so EPIC. Looks like the main story arc will be amazing this year.
Oh and Caroline & Tyler finally hooking up was A+.
Stefan is fucking crazy, now, tho. IDK. But he's a zillion times more interesting this way. Particularly when he's having strange eye-sex with Klaus. That's always good.
And I think I might actually start to care about Elena and Stefan this season. Paul Wesley is so good at fake!crying. Dammit.

BUMPPPPPPPP. Man this thread hasn't seen action in ages.
Anyway, TVD fans on here...
CW is developing a Klaus-centered show about the original family called 'The Originals.'
'Vampire Diaries' spinoff pilot coming to The CW
Huge Vampire Diaries news: The CW is officially developing a spinoff for the Thursday hit and you’re going to have a chance to see the pilot.
After years of rumors about extending the supernatural franchise, The CW has decided to launch a backdoor pilot for a spinoff within the show’s current fourth season. The story centers around the original family of vampires and stars Joseph Morgan (Klaus). In the episode, Klaus “returns to the supernatural melting pot that is the French Quarter of New Orleans — a town he helped build centuries ago — and is reunited with his diabolical former protégé Marcel. Phoebe Tonkin, who plays sexy werewolf Hayley on TVD, is also set to star. The episode airs April 25. The working title of the spinoff is The Originals.

VERY interesting... will it have Klaus as some kind of anti hero? While charismatic, and I think Joseph Morgan is amazingly sexy, Klaus has been pretty awful for well, since almost the beginning of his family's cursed history.
Amazing things ahead for the Mets ....hosts of the MLB All Star Game in 2013
^ Yeah, I think they'd have to give him a bit of an image makeover into more of an anti-hero. I agree, Klaus has his fans on TVD but I'm not really seeing how it will work with him at the center of a show. Honestly, since it will be set in New Orleans and Klaus reminds me a lot of the vampire Lestat, I'm getting some Anne Rice vibes from it all.
Anyway, I think this show won't work as well if they don't incorporate his siblings often-- especially Rebekah and Elijah (my favorite) who each have their own fanbase. At this point, it seems like they're unsure if any of the original actors will take on co-starring roles and if they do, how that will impact TVD. It would be awkward if fans of the Originals just jumped ship and dropped TVD all together if the spin-off gets picked up. We'll see.
People are speculating that TVD leads are interested in moving on soon and this is CWs way of trying to hold on to some of the show's audience for the future once it ends.
