So many of the guys on Glee are so sexy.
Whitney Houston, Cee-Lo Green, Derek Luke, Jordin Sparks, Mike Epps to star in "Sparkle" Remake! - http://tinyurl.com/7drkhyb
Puck is to die for. I don't really think Finn is all that hot but his mannerisms are too cute!
It gets even better babe, Kristin Chenoweth is also coming back.
I loved the way the show wrapped up. Terri's fake pregnancy was uncovered. and Will dumped her.
Then, finally, Finn learned the truth about his pregnant girlfriend.
I was glad Rachel figured it out and spilled the news.
As for Sue, what can I say, she went out with a bang and will be back with a vengeance.
can't wait...love her.
In case anyone is interested. Glee merchandise.

I just realized that this show reminds me a lot of Sister Act 2. And I loved Sister Act 2....
Whatever happened to that white dog poop from the '70s?
I wonder how far they will skip forward, if at all.
I was very pleased with how the season ended...or half season or whatever you wanna call it (I guess normal season use to be about 24 episodes?...anyways...lol)
only Downfall it doesn't start again til April!
American Idol starts up again next month...for my TV..Music...singing show...fix....kinda....lol
"...And what it takes I dont care, We're gonna make it I swear, And we could help each other off the ground so we never fall down again..."
These days a normal season runs about 13 episodes. Unless its a crime drama (like Law &Order, or CSI or any of their clones) then it could go up to 48 and very rarely 52 (one full year of a new episode per week).
It's never too early in the year,
to spread some goodwill cheer!
In the 50s and early 60s the standard scripted TV program filmed 39 episodes. The 13 summer weeks from mid-June until early September either showed reruns or there was a "summer replacement" show on during those weeks.
As scripted TV got more and more expensive the nuimber of yearly episodes gradually decreased.
New shows may only receive an order for 12 episodes or less. If they're successful, the network orders more.
The standard number of episodes for a full season pick-up is now 22 or 23.

^^I just love these kinds of things.
I've often wondered whether or not any of the real bystanders ever wind up trying to join in.
My favorite is the Sound of Music one (Do-Re Mi) last year in Germany.
"I'm chanting even as we speak, sweetie!"
I would think they do.
The book I have on Spring Awakening talks about how some of the audience that gets to sit on stage to watch the show tries to sing quite a bit. It has happened so many time that now they try to get people that have seen it a few times to sit there, because at times the audience member doesn’t get it and doesn’t sit down.
I could see the same happening for one of these.
I couldn't get my mind off you all day.

I have to say that I enjoyed Lea's version of Don't Rain on My Parade over Barbra's version.
Anyone bought the DVD yet? It's been sold out EVERYWHERE near me.
I've only just watched the first three episodes today and I'm totally hooked! The songs are awesome and the guys ... I couldall over them!
It's not even out here in Germany yet!
For those interested. Seems like a good idea.
ORIGINAL SONGS PLANNED FOR GLEE
JANUARY 4, 2010
Not only are we in for a real treat with the Madonna songs that we mentioned below, but when GLEE returns, for the first time, we'll be in for some completely original music!
GLEE creator Ryan Murphy told Billboard.com that he's got an entire episode (aptly titled "Original Song") of original music planned for us. **SPOILER** In this episode, Mr. Schue asks the kids to come up with their own music. Though Murphy's been flooded with calls from songwriters, so far we've heard that Diane Warren and Ryan Tedder (of OneRepublic) will be among the contributing songwriters.

I love this show so much. I've been watching it every day. I tried to wait until the new season to buy the dvd but I couldn't. I had to buy it.
Glee is addictive. I tuned in for the first time, on Fox, this past Wednesday [Jan. 6, 2010] and they were repeating the "Wheels" episode (which just earned Emmy-winning NYPD Blue's Paris Barclay a Directors Guild nomination; the show's pilot, helmed by series creator Ryan Murphy, was also nommed). Ever since that viewing I have caught all 13 thus far episodes that have aired.
Of the show's lead players, I really like Cory Monteith's work as Finn. The actor is 27 and genuinely convincing as a 17-year-old star football player, sweet in nature and naive to reality. There's a warmth and tenderness. And a good voice. Monteith and Lea Michele are very natural and charming together as the lead vocalists of the Glee Club's "New Directions." And I praise Michele for the robust blend of her music and comedic performances (a hilarious reading, in the pilot, is a standout as she describes her character's versatile background). She plays to the hilt the lunacy of Glee's tone as a stars-in-her-eyes Rachel, a frequently obnoxious yet sometimes perceptive leader.
Matthew Morrison, as top character Will Schuester, is dynamite. He is so pure and free with his body. A joyous, musical performer. He has the quite the dramatic chops, especially with Will's conflict in his disastrous marriage which coincides with slowly developing feelings for delicate colleague Emma [Jayma Mays, in nice form].
Among the supporting players, Chris Colfer deserves praise for his feminine Kurt. I've digged his relationship with his widowed father, and Kurt's "chemistry" with Amber Riley's Mercedes (whose voice is a blast!). This is a humane performance.
Glee's best acting clearly comes from Jane Lynch. Her cheerleading coach Sue Sylvester is one number somewhat difficult to figure. She comes across as bitter and evil; yet the lines that emanate from her are not just cutting…they eviscerate everyone within reach. Lynch delivers them with such brutality and conviction, you believe her character is seriously psycho. This is blistering, triumphant work from a comedian and writer so memorable throughout the 2000s in outrageously funny film projects by Christopher Guest (2000's The Best in Show, 2003's A Mighty Wind). With plenty of Emmy talk having already emerged, this may be the TV season's top performance.
Lots of Glee takes every cliche you can imagine. Just hark back to any musical you can think of that involves: the surprising bonds, the soap-opera-like affairs and romances, the forces of good versus evil, the competition among colleagues, the successes of the underdogs. Glee rides them. You watch this show, and there's very little surprising. Which is fine. It's the journey that makes Glee such escapist fun.
Glee was just picked up for a second season.
http://advocate.com//News/Daily_News...or_Season_Two/
I have no idea if this is an unintentional spoiler or not but apparently they're looking to cast three more roles for next season. Singing, acting roles so I'm assuming main cast members.
So are three current cast members getting the boot or will the cast just really be that large next season? They already don't give enough depth to some of the characters they do have and they want to add MORE?
As far as I know, the principal cast is all returning for season two.
New leads aren't necessarily a bad thing. Unless Glee goes for the unprecedented and pairs Kurt with Finn![]()

Sorry, I'm back now.
...I'd really like Kurt to have a love interest next season. And if the actor playing him sings and dances we have a better chance of seeing said love interest more than three times a season.
There are no words. Just the sound of jacking off.
You're absolutely right, which for me is a huge part of the appeal. But the fact that we know so much more about many of the other characters bothers me more now knowing they plan to add even more. I'm sure though with the shows success they're planning on addressing that somewhat when it returns in April.
A rotating cast would be awesome. I love the current cast but I feel a great way to keep the show fresh is to bring in a new cast maybe every two years or so so we're not stuck trying to give the show purpose 4 seasons down the road.
Then again, its FOX. 4 seasons of anything is like hitting the state jackpot 4 years in row.
They're in high school. They have to graduate sooner or later. There have to be new cast members to take their places, and some of them have to be already established, so that they don't have to replace the whole student cast at one time every two or three years.
"I'm chanting even as we speak, sweetie!"
I don't know if this is true, but I saw it on another board. I hope it is and they come to my area.
"A rumored Glee summer tour might not be just a rumor as several castmembers took to Twitter yesterday to ready fans for a big announcement regarding the speculation. Check out what they had to say:
Cory Monteith (@frankenteen) “there is going to be a live #glee concert tour! in select cities; limited appearances. announcement and details soon. so excited!!!”
Lea Michele (msleamichele) “Hey everyone! A big announcement coming at the end of the month about our next Glee tour! Lots of singing and dancing to come!!!!”
Mark Salling (@mark_salling) “hey yalls, get ready for a big announcement in the next week or so regarding glee tour dates”
Kevin McHale (@druidDUDE) “News about the glee summer tour coming soon! We’re coming to see all you gleeks live! Wooo! So excited!”
Harry Shum Jr. (@iharryshum) “#GLEE LIVE concert tour in the works! Hopefully coming to a city near you! More details to come!!”"

I watched the entire first half of the first season in 2 days! On megavideo so I had to wait 54 minutes every 72 minutes of video I watched.
But I'm hooked and now it's airing over here - episode 5 on monday - I'm watching it all over again!
I have all of the music on my ipod and Mark Salling is gorgeous and a great singer!
The only problem I have with Glee is Finn. He is told what an amazing singer he is when he really isn't and he's supposed to be the heartthrob when he's really not (although that is my opinion, others may like him) I much prefer Puck!

It's very stressful being an Other, Jack.
I think i may be one of the few that don't watch it, i thought id try to get into it o i watched the first to eps. Meh...
Just recently got to see a bit of the show. I have to say it remionds me alot of popular but not as surreal.
"Flipping Dykes I though they were a myth like Weapons of Mass Destruction" Grace Adler.
I love this show. I thought it would be cheesy based on the promos -- and it is -- but a little cheese can be good every now and then.
It's surprisingly addictive as well. I assumed it would be one of those shows where every episode is self-contained without an over-arcing plot, but this damn show is like a comedic soap opera with the baby drama and love triangles and whatnot, LoL. I can't help loving it.
Is it April yet?!![]()

OK after getting to just watch the pilot I have to say its filled the hole left by Popular. Yes Ryan Murphy has totally copied previous characters from the show here but it has that same sharpe wit. Shame about the over exaggerated lip synching from the cast though.

Glee Cast and Creators Dish on Neil Patrick Harris, "Puckleberry" and Lady Gaga!
Just when you thought Glee couldn't get any better: Lady Gaga has agreed to let Glee cover one of her songs this season. Neil Patrick Harris and Matthew Morrison will share some seriously awesome screentime (and duets). And the romance is heating up!
That's just the start of the scoop we just learned tonight from the Glee cast and producers.
Here's the scoop you Gleeks absolutely need to know...
• The Glee cast and creators just met up with nearly 2,000 fans tonight at the Paley Festival in Beverly Hills, where they also screened the 14th episode of the season, "Hello," set to air April 13.
• Forget Team Finn or Team Puck. How about Team Jesse?! Jonathan Groff's character, who is first seen singing Lionel Richie's "Hello" with Rachel (Lea Michele) is fanfreakingtastic. And ultra-swoonworthy.
• Puck and Rachel: Says Ryan Murphy, "Yes, they will get back together. But the great thing about Puck is he's a bad boy so he has an affair with almost every girl on the show." Jayma Mays (Emma) then leaned into Mark Salling, who leaned toward Jane Lynch and said: "I'm coming for you Jane."
• Gaga Is coming! Ryan Murphy: "We're doing an episode that's a tribute to theatricality. We reached out to Lady Gaga and she said, 'Yes, I'd love to be a part of it.' So we will be doing Lady Gaga this season."
• Coldplay and Bryan Adams said no to having their songs covered on Glee. (Seriously!)
• Ryan Murphy on how the Madonna episode came about: "I've worked with Madonna before. I admire her greatly and I'm friends with her a little bit socially. I called her up and wrote her a letter and said we want to write up a tribute to you and she said yes and she cooperated in every way possible. We do 10 songs altogether. Jane is going to do 'Vogue.'"
• Jane on doing "Vogue": "I started rehearsing in December. We shot in black and white, with the video in front of us. Amber [Riley] and Chris [Colfer] do a makeover for Sue and it leads to this video." Ryan calls it the "spectacular, spectacular". Ryan directed it and it's the second episode back.
• Puck has no mohawk because, says Ryan Murphy, "Puck is trying out a new look." He may or may not keep it.
• Kurt is getting a new boyfriend. Kurt's scenes with his father are based on Ryan Murphy's experience and written by Brad Falchuk. Ryan: "I'm not interested in him being gay bashed. I'm interested in him being popular and confident and a role model."
• Ryan on Kurt's new boyfriend: "He's very different, but equally fabulous. I want them to be the power couple of the school."
• Matthew Morrison on Neil Patrick Harris: "We're filming right now with him and Joss Whedon. He plays a high school rival of mine. Two years older than me. He got all the girls and the good songs. He's on the school board and trying to take down the glee club. We have two duets, Aerosmith and Billy Joel."
• Fan question: Will Julia Roberts guest star? "I just finished a movie with Julia, Eat, Pray, Love. She saw the rough cuts and fell in love with the show. I don't know if Julia's gonna do it, maybe. But she loves the show."
• Everyone wants to be on this show, and strangers come up to the producers all the time begging to be on the show. Ryan Murphy: "We've had to say no to a lot of American Idol contestants who have called. I'm shocked how many. Not just this season, but past seasons."
• Ryan Murphy reveals Finn's mom and Kurt's father will have some romantic tension coming up, which excites Kurt because he might move in with Finn!
• Kristin Chenoweth is coming back in the third episode. Holler!
• Lines from Sue Sylvester that didn't make it to air: "Shut your mouth before I rape it." "Rachel wears floor length denim skirts that make her look like she's escaped from a polygamist compound." "I will kick you square in the vagina."

I just caught up on the first half of season one and can't wait for its return. I can't believe how much they packed into 13 episodes, I really want to see which way the rest of the season is going to go. According to TV.com there are five more episodes left (last one airs 5/11/10)which is kind of weird cause most shows that make it past the 13 usually go to 22.
I was excited to hear about Neil Patrick Harris until i heard about his character. Ever since he came out he is constantly playing some kinda ladies' man. I know is HIMYM character was always like that but that's all he ever plays.
I was just on hulu.com, and I caught this web exclusive of Sue's Corner titled, "Sneaky Gays." Damn it, I love Jane Lynch!

Glee was great tonight, it's gonna seem like a tease since it will soon be gone again until the fall but I'll enjoy while it's on. They also did an amazing job with Sue's Vogue video.
Sue's Vouge was GREAT...haha
I enjoyed Jonathan Groff's character, Jesse St. James...nice dynamic between him and Rachel.
I hate to admit it...but man the scene of Idina Menzel and Mr. Schuster in his kitchen....she did NOT look good in HD...lol....she looked beautiful as always in the other scenes..but man that scene...eeeppss
and I still say that she should have played Rachel's birth-mother.....they look sooooo similar
