When I read about the stars on the arm I thought of Rod Daily. I don't know if this is the guy you are talking about? I know there is other guy that has stars as well, but I don't know who he is. Here is a pic of Rod Daily.

Hmmm, Pierre Fitch maybe? Dunno. They're not "stars" he's got, but maybe you're hazy on that detail as well. As John West Fan says, lots of porn stars have the tattoos on both arms so this is gonna be a rough guessing game.
