Really? About 40.2% of the entire US population voted in the 2012 US elections. Are you talking about all Americans, over 18's, or gun owners that agree with La Pierre?

As only 40% of American actually voted, and the almost 50/50 result suggests that approx. 20% of the population made a clear statement about supporting the POTUS and his party. Like wise, only 20% give or take supported the opposition. All the 60% who didn't vote either decided they couldn't be bothered to vote, couldn't, or too young.

Either way, your statement leaves me doubting it's veracity.

I thought it originated in British common law. How about attempted rape and murder which are also things a criminal may break into a house to do? How are to know that someone breaking into your house is simply there for robbery and that your life is in no way threatened?

None of my weapons are loaded and ready 24/7. Those not in use are secured with external locks and the bullets
are kept separately. No weapon is loaded and ready when no one is home. The one I carry is ready to go...but,
if it is needed, it needs to be.

As to the people who want to disarm the law abiding citizen...
ask your Police Chief, Sheriff or other Real Law Enforcement professionals, not the Admin's Feebs or our

and why is that blasphemy the USA calls 'Homeland Security' hoarding ammo and buying and hoarding more
all the time? They claim it is for training purposes for the 178,00+or- law enforcement agents required to do
annual training. HS is currently in possession of 5-6 times of what would meet that task and still acquiring
more. (This is gleaned from 3 sources but not factually guaranteed by me at this point)

I am truly interested in facts, in opinions (clearly identified as such) and a multi-member dialogue that does
NOT include name calling, aspersions or vitrol. Basically, a discussion not a mud and shit slinging argument
sometimes referred to herein as a debate.

You missed the point, where were the whole of the population polled to arrive at your figures? If you're using data that's taken just through sampling, how reliable is it? Extrapolating a nationwide trend through a few thousand phone calls doesn't wash.

Statistics are like hood winking exercises. Opposing sides can take the same figures and spin them to suit their agenda.
