Story Recommendation Thread

Hello,

You know, I was going through some of the stories, and I was thoroughly fascinated with the diverse and richly written works here. However, not all stories are to my taste, and there are those that are filled with sex and don't contain any connection with love at all - something I do not like reading about. Also as I read reviews to stories, many times old members here talked about good stories that were posted long ago, and it's difficult for me to find them.

I think a lot of new members here might like to get a link to all the 'most popular' stories that had been posted so far, me being one of them. So to the old menbers, care to submit links to all the stories that are interesting to read and you liked. On that way, it'l be easier for many of us to find a story.

So here is my most popular story: Gifted Book One: Soulmates

Gifted is the story of the new kid in town, who falls in love with the Brother/Sister twins next door. It is a Bisexual story, but in the words of one of my gay readers, "you write good pussy!" I guess that means that don't go over board, but I have been told the same from straight readers as well.

Also my second novel is in the process of being re-released as we speak.

Night Eternal is just a few posts down... but for future readers sake... Night Eternal

Night Eternal is about two best friends that learn how much they mean to one another, when one of them is presumed dead for 6 months. The Prologue is a bit of a downer for a bit, but it turns around quick... and will also be upbeat for the most part. Night Eternal is a gay story, that might have a straight sex scene or two, but the focus is on the love of Ryan and Coby...

Honestly, I don't think it gets any better than Watching Brad... It has everything you could possibly look for. It has love, it has sorrow, it has hapiness...Neil is definitely one of the best writers on here. It's long, but it's worth it. I actually need to spend a couple of days catching up...real life has been taking up a lot of my time these days.

I agree with the post above. Watching Brad is an absolutely phenomenal story; easily of a quality where it could be published. Neil has done an absolutely stunning job with it and has created a wonderfully rich world, full of emotion and intrigue.

You'll be hooked after the first part.

My "Mt. Rushmore" of stories on this site is: Graduation, Senior Year, Watching Brad, and My Best Friend.

Senior Year and My Best Friend haven't been updated in years so they are basically concluded. Graduation (my favorite of all stories on here) and Watching Brad still get periodic updates though.

There are actually so many wonderful stories and writers on this site that it was hard to come up with just 4. Another great story that just missed my top 4 is Ryan, and Me and Ethan written by Starlight70.

You should be able to find whatever your looking for. There are dozens of smoking hot sex stories, but there are others that are just beautifully written with little to no sex. One of my favorite stories on here was written last fall by Simon25 called False Protection, and I don't think there was a sex scene in the whole thing, but it was still fantastic.

Watching Brad is def a great story, have enjoyed Neils writing very much. Lot of great promising new ones as well. I really enjoy this forum because of the variety of different story lines. Putnam High is becoming interesting. Soap Opera like, but getting to be twisted and interesting so far, will only be able to tell after a few more chapters.
