Not going to the concert but I love the album. Dont know a lot about them though.

I saw them a few years ago at the Sundance Film Festival. They are amazing. You'll love the show. BTW, the lead singer is gay.

They are an amazing group. Their music is absolutely beautiful, especially their newest album. That one and Takk are my favorites.
The new record from Sigur Rós will be out May 28. Titled Valtari, it's the followup to 2008's Með suð í eyrum við spilum endalaust.
The album's title translates to "steamroller." Frontman Jónsi tells Q magazine that "the music kind of just rolls over you" but "in a good way." The album is centered more on electronics, and makes use of strings and a girls' choir. No lyrics are sung in English.
