Seriously, between high school, college, gyms, beaches, gyms, adult bookstores, and just other places cruising around southern California, I could write at length about the things I saw and did, but as much fun as that would be, it would be taking this thread way off topic. As hard as it would seem to imagine by today's fashion standards, guys did dress like that in the 80's though, especially the half-shirts. They actually originally came from the football crowd, but all of us jocks wore them, with shorts, jeans, and sweats. The shorts were popular with both guys and girls. A great look, and great memories...

I guess I'm living proof that you can have one hell of a good time and not have to pay for it with your life. I have a number of friends who died. I guess a "got it" early on, and was aware enough to be very, very careful. But you can have a hell of a good time with just your mouth and hands. No judgments - assplay was just never my thing, and still isn't.

Sorry pie. I did a google search for that interview but wasn't able to find it. I remember a couple years ago I had just transferred all my Jamie scenes from VHS to a custom made 'best of' dvd. That's when I found the interview online and I thought I saved it but it's either been taken down or it's buried in another file. What I do remember is that he is alive and taking medicine for HIV, works at a gym. He talked about his past. He worked as a call boy in Hollywood. Saw Jon King entering a gay bookstore, followed him in, became friends and took him to an audition. He was born in 1960 and his earliest scene was in the 1978 film loop Triple Workout found on the Magnum Griffin 4 dvd/vhs (he bottoms for 2 muscle studs in a gym). He also did some work for Swedish Erotica but none of the performers are credited and he said he has never seen any of those films. And that's pretty much all I remember.

I have all the movies he appeared in with the exception of Inevitable Love, 2 of the P.M. Production titles and the Swedish Erotica films. When it comes to early 80s gay porn - for me anyway - Jamie is right up there with Leo Ford, Todd Baron, Andy Fuller & Jon King. I liked Kip & Scott Noll, Brian Hawkes, Buster, and so many more from that era too but the 5 I mentioned were my absolute favorites. Todd Baron - (sigh) - lol. I bought the movie way back in the early 80s because of Leo Ford but quickly discovered Todd. The pic on the color box did him no justice. He was easily for brunettes what Leo was for blonds. I've watched his 3 scenes in Style so many times over the years - true nutbusters. The only other scene I've ever come across is a Buckshot production. I have it on a dvd called Man-To-Man Heat. Very hot! He's in a 3-way with J.W. King and another guy.
