I just got a free pass to the gym for a week so I'm gonna milk it for all it's worth. I'm wondering if it's alright to wrok out every day? I heard that your muscles might get overworked and that it's not good to do it.
About protein: are the proteins from nuts, seeds, veggies and fish the same as the ones from red meat/chicken/egg when it comes to building muscles? Cause I don't eat the latter ones so my friend told me I'd have to dink protein shakes to gain a bit of muscle weight. But I told her I could just eat a lot of the aforementioned.
