Yea I'm not sure about the mooning picture but the tighty whities at the beginning of the youtube definitely looks like a young Mark Ballas. I don't know where that interview was from and I'm wondering what program would allow those pictures to be shown. Could have been doctored in? Hope it's real tho!

The interview was from the Bonnie Hunt show. They didn't show those pictures during the interview. Whoever made that video edited those in over the audio from the interview.

Ellen tells him to take his pants off but he says he doesn't have anything on underneath. Cat whistles from the audience. Ellen says she saw his underwear.
