Ok, here we go. My first post on JUB
Been a lurker here for a while, and the positive attitudes ive seen here made me post this topic here. Anyways..
When i was 17, I was in great shape. I did swimming and soccer, aswell as lifting weights. The same year i grew from 1,85 to 1,95m. I got streched somehow, and looked thinner than ever.
Then i got 18, got a job, quit swimming and after a while I quit soccer practice too.
19 Years old, Work as a carpenter almost 24/7, but Ive decided to get in top shape, whatever it takes. i've already started running some laps, and thinking about taking up swimming a few days a week. I'm also going to start lifting weights again too.
I'm gonna start tomorrow, with some light weights and streching.
Gonna lift weights 3 times a week, swim 2 days and try to run a time or two too.
Diet will be mainly lots of white meat, brown rice, salads and maybe protein shakes but still the burger and pizza now and then.
The goal is more mass and to get some energy back.
The best part: You guys will be my judges, motivation and helpers
Gonna post pics every week from now on.
