I get really, really tired of all the pissing and moaning about tattoos. Military men and tattoos go back a very, very long time. It's a tradition. While all military guys do not have tattoos, at least 80% do have a few. Personally I like ink. Bric is former Navy and not only were Navy guys among the very first to start adorning their bodies with tats, but they were also among the very first gay porn stars.

Oh, I can't do anything but agree with you there. I was furious over this scene and did not realize it until the day it was to be posted. We were letting another model shoot the scene that day who had previously done very good camera work (No, not Kaden) and I was confident this scene would be fine as all his others had. It was obvious to me that he just let the other models in the scene "snowball" him into letting them of easy. I was not happy about it and never would have allowed this to happen myself.

Alright, things like this happen sometimes if one let amateurs do the job.

I remember also cases of a few spoiled acts from other major studios
in the past, where the bosses handed the camera over to a bunch of
novices, too. One prominent example: Bel Ami's 'Step by Step: Education
of Kris Evans'. On the set George Duroy & Marty Stevens gave Lukas Ridgeston,
Elliot Klein & Johan Paulik the chance to direct individual scenes on their own.


Much more annoying is the strategy of studios like Hammer & Vimpex
- who obviously fake regularly and systematically some pairings with
stunted or simulated penetrations...

I'm not sure anyone is looking for blame, but I have often wondered why AD is only made up of white guys. While the military is very, very diverse, I think AD more reflects the personal preferences of the owner, Dink Flamingo? Most AD guys are smooth, young, pale, circumsised and shorter in stature.

I have been an AD fan and customer for years and to my knowledge, there has never been a black guy or Asian guy featured in any scene. It looks like AD does a lot of filming in CA now, so not even having any Hispanics featured is kind of odd. While never culturally diverse, at one time, there were more physically diverse performers. I like when taller and more rugged and mature guys are added to the mix...it really kicks things up a notch. I'll keep my fingers crossed, that one day, AD will recruit some color.

Just because almost all of his models are Caucasian doesn't mean he's racist. All that means is he gets Caucasian models to perform in front of the camera. If some hot black and Asian guys offer to perform I'm sure he will use them.

Cowboy was great! Super-masculine, hot body and he would take it up the ass. Kody is still my all time favorite! Shane is another big favorite. You could tell he actually enjoyed the sex. If you're not an athletic White (of European descent) guy.........you're persona non grata in the gay porn world.

It's not just Active Duty. Almost all of the other major gay porn companies have almost all white models -- Sean Cody, Randy Blue, Corbin Fisher, BoyCrush, Freshmen, Helix Studios, Chaos Men, Jake Cruise, etc.

For some reason, the studios believe that only white guys will "sell" in mainstream gay porn. So when people like Dink (or his associates) go out to places like the nightclubs, bars, or Wal-Mart...........they only approach military-looking guys with "the look" (a.k.a. "White").

So, they're self-selecting the kind of guys that appear on their websites. That's why they're almost all white guys.

There are people that are providing excellent content in these niche markets. Everyone has their niche. Anyone looking for this type of content should not have a problem finding it.

Active Duty has been a popular site for nearly 15 years and the fans of it seem to like the content that we produce. As I said, I rarely get requests for anything other than the types of guys we feature. The fans dictate the content.

Now for my opinion about Kaden, to which I am entitled, I think he is good looking now, but he appeals to me much less since he has become less fit. I think he is noticeably less fit than a few years ago. Nothing for him to be ashamed of, but at least, in my case, it's enough for me to no longer subscribe to your site.
