Taking a picture or video up someone's pants without their knowledge or permission is illegal.

Most of these are probably staged anyway. But if you are on the beach etc there is not a reasonalble expectation of privacy. I am not a lawyer but probably not illegal per se. But to take a pic and post on the web without the persons knowledge is wrong. I know when my dick is showing either out the shorts or a VPL. Pfff.. as if non-deliberate dick slips are very common, and caught on camera often. Of course the fact that some guys intentionally let their junk be visible has been discussed in this thread as well. Surely, when it's a (straight) guy that's unaware of him being hot, and caught on a picture.. that's cool too. Whether or not it's intentional or not. Most of the posed pictures don't excite me either, but I don't complain when other guys find them hot and post them. It keeps the thread active and I think if another guy finds something hot and related it's fine if he posts it.
