Is there an opposite of a shemale? Someone who looks like a man but has a vagina?? Thats a fantasy of mine for some reason but I've never found any pics or sites dedicated to it. It could also be because I don't know the name of this....

I think you're talking about a female-to-male who is entirely male except for the equipment. Yes, they exist. Testosterone causes the voice to deepen, facial & chest hair. Some wear devices (or use tape) to flatten their breasts as much as possible under clothing, some have their breasts surgically removed. Chances are, you've probably encountered a few and just assumed they were ordinary guys.

And, yes, they can be very sexy. The first time I was with a FTM, I was blown away by the fact that the different equipment didn't change my perception of his gender -- he was still 100% male to me.
