he did use his own ass... Mila Kunis did not. Timberlake told GQ that it was "all him" and that he did "a few extra squats". When asked is he had to shave for the scenes he said no, "I'm not very hairy." He said this will be the only nude scenes he'll ever do. He said "I might as well do it now when everything is where is should be, before gravity [takes over]". There is also a scene with his face and ass in the same shot. Its def. him, confirmed onscreen and by Timberlake himself.
