I guess I am from the old school. I first came to appreciate the jockstrap back in junior high school. We had to have PE uniform from shorts to the supporter. We had equipment inspection before class so you better in your shorts and supporter or it was running laps.

My first jockstrap was the BIKE#10 the old cotton model with red stipes on the waist band. Still have one in collection today and old BIKE#53 cup supporter.

Not only does the jockstrap give that added protection it is one most erotic of all male apperal. They look great on guys.

Compression shorts don't have the same sensual appeal as the strap.
