It's really easy, you just put a little lube on the edge of the suction cups, place one over each nipple. Squeeze the air out to create a nice gentle suction and leave on for a while. When you pull them off your nips will be nice and big, and very sensitive. If you do it repeatedly they'll eventually grow big permanently.

Simple: Cut the end off a 20 ML syringe, thats the needle end of the barrel. Gently heat up the cut off end with a hair dryer or heat gun to flare it out, this must be done slowly and with GENTLE heat. The idea is to make the end that will be against your chest comfortable, I carefully stretch a length of electricians tape over the cut portion to make it smooth and comfortable when the pressure is applied to the nipple area.

Take the plunger and with an electric drill make a series of holes, say 4 along the middle of the fins, this to allow the nail or similar item to be pushed through to stop the plunger fro. Your ready to do start using this wonderful little tool.

The holes are to place a nail or similar item through whichever ones feels comfortabe to you as you pull the plunger out and lock it into poition for the duration of the suction session.

I use some body cream around the nipple to make it slide more easily up the barrel of the syringe.

TIME: It may be that only 10 minutes will be enough until your are used to the pressure extending this up to an hour or so.

Some fluid will be sucked out of you nipple but this is not of a concern, the pressure is quite high and this will occure. Hope this helps you guys.
