Theyoungman you may need to get a program to open up RAR files, try putting RAR into a search engine and you normally get a few free download sites mentioned or short free trials which will open it up and if you want to (I can on my program) extract the whole file by right clicking on it and select extract to.. (desktop/document etc..) and then it creates another new folder to use with normal programs.
