Hiding gay porn

Just a curious thought. For the guys who aren't out of the closet yet, where and how do you hide your "things"? I'm referring to toys and gay themed DVDs, videos and magazines (doesn't have to be porn).

I store my Internet based porn OFF my computer. I also stash my gay lifestyle magazines on by bookshelf mixed with my uni textbooks (the ones that I don't use anymore). I don't have any sex toys (too scared to walk into those sex shops). I do keep a garden hose nozzle in my bedroom which I like to shove up my ass (I won't go into the steamy details here).

I'm scared that my parents would stumble across the stuff I have in my bedroom for example when they go in to roll up the shutters on my window.

I think if you keep that stuff in your parents house you will eventually get caught. Maybe if you have a securely locked chest and your privacy is respected you might keep it secret. But I wouldn't count on it. It's just too easy to slip up or stumble upon accidently.

I have my gay books mixed in with my uni texts just like you....i have my gay porn OUT of its dvd boxes and in one of those dvd/cd holders that you take on road trips that zip

I'd invest in a nightstand that has a door (i got mine at bed bath & beyond for like $30 easy to assemble) or some kind of small entertainment cabinet

When i used to have a dildo (i got bored and honestly prefer the real thing) i'd stash it in the entertianment cabinet but i've also discovered this wonderful thing

When I was living at home and wasn't out yet I kept all things gay related in a bookbag. I knew where it was whenever I needed it and I was the only one who handled it. I've just recently put all my computer porn on cds but only just to make more room on my computer. That toy chest does look nice though.

i hide my porn vids and magz on my drawer with a padlock. my downloaded porn pics on my laptop are stored with my password on it, so that no one can just open my laptop and search my docs rightaway. there's this guess a placed to allow lurkers to used the net using my laptop without compromising my hidden treasures and im happy to say that my stuffs are safer that way. no one knows!

The longer you stay in the closet, the harder it's going to be to come out. If you are financilly dependent on them still, well JUST STOP IT! If not, then move out and assert your independence. If they cut you off, well too bad for them. Stand on your own now, or you will be doing this when you're 40! I've seen people like that (no, not me) and it isn't pretty.
But back to the topic at hand, you might also consider cutting a hole in the bottom of your boxspring and hiding materials there. So, even if someone else makes your bed, or turns over the matress, It won't be found.

I'm not closeted at all; but I just hide stuff I don't want people to find in lockboxes, old backpacks, and password protect the computer.

Tomahawk-try ordering toys and lube online if you don't want to go to adult stores and buy overpriced ones they come in discreet packagaing and are usually a lot cheaper than what you buy in stores.

Theres nothing wrong with not coming out at that age. I mean i dont think i will ever come out to my parents, they are homophobic people and it will not be pleasant.
Coming out depends on when you are ready, so theres no pressure on you to do it if you dont want to.
On the topic of where to put the gay porn, i only have digital porn, so i use a little program called folder lock to lock it into a folder and automatically hide it on my system.

I have an external drive that is TOTALLY encrypted.

The situation is different if it's regular or straight porn. If you're not already out, by having gay porn pretty much speaks for itself

My dvds (which is all kinds of porno str8, bi, and of course gay one) is in my computer's HDD also the books or photos. My parents especially my mom don't know how to use computer well except emailing and go online so she is not gonna see all dirty stuffs and my dad...he is doing same thing that I'm doing so I don't think he is gonna look up my computer ever

I don't have any toy so I don't need a place to hide...

As a kid, I used to hide my stuff in the box spring of my bed. There was a fabric lining beneath that I would slice and slide the mags and vids up inside. Unless someone moved the entire bed there was no chance of it being discovered.

before i had a cabinet I used to keep my shoe boxes when I bought shoes and just had one box that was empty b/c obviously it was the pair I wore everyday so I'd use that as my hiding place for porn
