AS noted above, Brent Corrigan material is somewhat problematic. The JUB Prohibited List is sticky-posted at the head of most of the forums in the adult content area of the site. As noted in the list, nothing of Brent's from his Cobra days may be posted or linked to, given the current state of affairs.

In practical terms, this just about limits things to his single Falcon video, or to items which are reliably known to have been shot after that time. Please note: "after that time" does not mean simply placed on a website somewhere, no matter by whom. The material in question has to have been taken or shot at some point after the question of his age was reliably verified.

Sorry, won't do. There are a plenitude of pictures clearly watermarked by Cobra which show him with that tattoo. Per his statements that he was underage at the time he was working for them, we have to regard those pictures as being underage.

You can of course set whatever policy you want here at JUB. But Brent's own statements in his blog and at Jason Curious have said that he filmed the scenes that were in the banned Cobra videos, then turned 18, got the tattoo, then worked for Cobra a while longer. Those scenes that were filmed after the tattoo make up the ones in the current Cobra releases that have been selling without any challenge -- "Cream BBoys", "Fuck Me Raw", "Naughty Boy's Toys", and "Take It Like a Bitch Boy". Brent has never claimed that he was underage for the ENTIRE time he was working for Kocis. In fact, he's said the opposite.

But again, whatever policy JUB wants to have, JUB has. No Cobra images at all means no Cobra images at all. That's probably safest, considering how litigious Kocis was.
