This honestly made me laugh in parts more actors should be open about scenes like this.
"Flipping Dykes I though they were a myth like Weapons of Mass Destruction" Grace Adler.
What a ridiculously beautiful man.
Hottest bloke ever!!!
He can get it
Those gifs are just incredible. I used to think he was a little too pretty for me but I have to change my mind. He's just wow.
Hope he is back next season of AHS.
Handsome man but sad Matt career never took off because he is openly gay. Do people know Matt almost got the part of Superman? He was so close to getting the part. He needs help and if Simon Halls reads this board please get that biopic about montgomery clift made ASAP. Next, Matt should talk to Luke Evans get some advice on how to improve his career.
I don't think Matt has a bad career at all. But I think it's under more scrutiny because he's gay.
White Collar is on American television who cares about American TV besides Americans? White Collar was on cable as well. Luke Evans by contrast has done high profile films like Dracula Untold and the Fast and the Furious series. Also, unlike Matt Bomer, Luke Evans has created his own niche he has shown the world a gay man can be masculine and strong. Matt Bomer has never really had a convincing masculinity he comes across as a bit soft, effeminate and weak. Bomer effeminate nature has hurt his acting career. Luke Evans has really challenged the image of the gay man he is a really strong man. Matt Bomer is famous because he looks pretty but that is it. In terms of being a more well rounded actor Luke Evans definitely has the advantage. Bomer is pretty to gay men and straight women but he has not really shown much depth to his acting. Luke Evans masculinity has opened up many doors for him he gets leading man roles unlike Matt Bomer in films. And I saw Magic Mike the first one Bomer had an extremely small role. In Magic Mike XXL the box office was also poor. Bomer has never been a male lead in a film. Bomer is a good actor but he has never really shown much range as an actor. He comes across as too stoic and a bit bland in his acting.
Luke Evans headlined Dracula Untold the movie was a huge profit and he has also appeared in numerous high profile roles. What has Matt Bomer done? Mostly American television. I understand this website has a lot of Americans but globally Luke Evans is definitely the bigger star. Luke Evans IMDB page shows he has got big roles coming up. I think both men are good actors but Matt Bomer needs a breakthrough role in film to reach a wider audience.

And most people who watch Luke Evans' movies don't know that Luke is gay because he's not openly gay. Luke can't challenge people's perceptions of gay men being masculine and strong if people don't actually realize that he's a gay man. And I highly doubt that Luke Evans will be more open about his sexuality, especially after he let his female publicist tell people they're in a relationship.
There's been a trend in some of the celebs threads for some members to state an opinion about a celebrity that is provocative and critical of the celeb. The post usually follows a post of revealing pictures of the celebrity. Within 2-3 posts, the thread then turns into a name-calling match between a few members who have different opinions.
The Celebs forum is one of the more popular forums on JUB. A lot of traffic is brought to JUB via websearches by non-members who are looking for pictures or gossip of these celebrities. They aren't coming here to see a bunch of people attacking each other.
Celebrities are imperfect. There's a lot of stuff they do that is self-promotion, pandering or just plain stupid. This stuff is fair game for gossip and criticism. Criticism and even bitchiness is part of the gossip game but personal attacks against each other are not.
If you have a different opinion, then present your opposing opinion. If your opposing opinion involves calling another member a "douchebag" or "asshole" or any other epithet, then your post doesn't really fit in with a forum that is supposed to be about male celebrity pictures and gossip, does it?
If certain members are constantly making nasty comments about celebrities because of their own personal baggage, then put that person on ignore. The Celebs forum is much more pleasant to read when their posts are ignored.
If you feel strongly enough about someone said by someone, then PM that person because most people who read these forums don't want to read a bunch of threads full of name-calling and personal attacks.
But keep in mind the Code of Conduct whether your are posting in the public forum, on member's walls or sending PMs:
Please keep in mind that use of the site is a privilege and not a right. In general, members should treat each other with respect and refrain from personal attacks, even in the case of heated arguments or disagreements. Please do not defend yourself against name-calling, flame wars or profane attacks with more name-calling, flaming or profanity. Instead, report the post to a moderator and allow them to take the appropriate action.
Well if any of my comments in this thread have been viewed as such I apologize for it.
