Just for the record, that picture is from "You Only Live Twice", not "Thunderball". I remember straining my eyes at the screen in the theater. and many years later, freeze-framing the DVD. He does not have an erection, (On a movie set? In front of DOZENS of male crew members? Hardly.) but it might be his dick.
