How-to post pics from photobucket and imageshack
Or other websites that "banned" JUB
be sure not to copy their "forum" code just, the link to your pic. anything with [img] etc will NOT work. You just need the URL
http://www.domain.tld/user/pic.jpg
this url is automatically made clickable from the forum - this will NOT work for most users, either. so just post the URLs in your post, then scroll down and below the "submit thread"/"post reply" button there is a checkbox labeled "Automatically parse links in text" UNtick this one, and click the submit/post button. after that it would look like this:
http://www.domain.tld/user/pic.jpg
It works this way, but that way users are forced to use copy&paste to view your pics, which is a bit of "work"
so if you want to reach more people, you should upload the pics in your JUB gallery, or post them as attachments.

Re: How-to post pics from photobucket and imagesha
probably because
- people used to upload too many x-rated content (which they don't allow) for being used on jub
- jub sent way too much traffic their way.

Yes.
From the bar of links up above the forum posts, click on the My Settings link.
On that page, there's a menu titled Control Panel running down the left-hand side of the page.
In the first section, there's a link titled Edit Photos. If you click on that, it will take you to the page where you can remove photos you've placed in your gallery. the instructions are right on the page.
If you scroll down to the last section on the Control Panel, titled Miscellaneous, you'll find a link there titled Attachments, which will take you to the page where you can manage (remove or whatever) attachments you may have made.

I noticed that even if you remove the images from your gallery and delete them from your account, any posts here that have the images will still show it. It's like the server won't delete it so it's still permanent. Am I right? It seems like if you want an image removed completely from all posts, you have to use the attach feature (which I don't like as much).
