No, CSI_3Stokes said "How about some physical proof of this statement?" and mentioned he didn't watch "Weeds" or live in America. The person he was quoting made two statements - first, that Hunter is nude in one scene and shows his rear AND second, a plot development spoiler (and too bad you didn't obscure it in your post, Willie Boy, heh). Since CSI_3Stokes doesn't watch the show, I can't believe he'd be wanting "physical proof" of that plot twist, so he's probably talking about Hunter getting naked. That's why I pointed him towards the thread dedicated to it.

Pretty much like Neil Patrick Harris who everyone in NY theater knew was gay way before the general population started suspecting.

feistfan, when you've been around here longer, you will come to realize certain things:

1) There are many posters at JUB who would contradict a post saying, "Water is wet." They are simply contrarians.

2) Oddly enough many gay men don't want to know that male celebrities they consider hot are gay. They find them more sexually appealing, if they think of them as straight. It's messed up, but it's true.

3) Many folks here are fairly paranoid about being outed, so they get snotty, when a public figure is outed, even when many people already know it's true.

Don't be bothered by any of this. It happens all the time on this forum. There are many people here who object to actually posting gossip on a forum labeled "gossip."

Not only has he made no mention of his sexuality to me, he has not done so to anyone else involved with the production. So it is not "well known among the NY theatre circles" that he is gay. Well to be fair to feistfan I've heard this about Parrish from NY friends of mine who work in that industry as well. Now of course, I'm not saying that means he must be gay because well...I don't know him personally so how can I say? It's all just speculation but I think the point she (the aforementioned bitchy poster) was trying to make is

1. This forum is all about speculation and gossip anyway so why hold her statement to some higher standard?
