The Wii numbers are the only ones that seem wrong. Have they even shipped 1 mil units yet? I'm sure they'd sell out in a heartbeat, but I'm not sure they've shipped that many.

Those numbers are not completely accurate, they are mostly based on estimates really. But they aint too far off that im aware of.

According to the graphic over 8,2 million Xb360 has been sold.

The real number is just a little bit over 5 million world wide - 0,17 million in Japan, 3,4 million in America and 1,5 million in other territories.

I do think that Wii and PS3 quickly will pass Xb360 in sales...

NPD(those who track the console sales in America) claims 476,000 units of Wii where sold in America its first seven days - NPD stop track sales after the 25th each month. So Wii didn't manage to sell better then Gamecube did during the same period when it was released in 2001.
The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess sold 412,000 units during the same period, and became the best selling game to Wii in November in America.

In Japan Wii sold 350,358 units its first two days - which is much better then Gamecube. Wii Sports and Wii Play sold best in Japan with 176.167 and 174.297sold units, while Zelda became the third best selling game with 139.011 units sold.

PS3 has sold 353,000 units in Japan and America combined

wii has all sold out in melb.

Today was my worst day. Yesterday I saw some display boxes of wii at myer and JBHI store so i thought i get it on saturday. So Me and my brother went to JBHI - and i picked up one of the wii console box and ask the staff for its price. That guy said it cost $388 - FULL STOP. and I said "Thanks".
My brother told me to shop around. we went to Myer and we saw a couple of display boxes. They have the legend of zelda game so i bought it, and when i ask their staff how much the wii console cost, the staff says $399. So, JBhi was cheaper. so we went back to JBHi, and when i pick up the box and headed straight to the counter the staff says, "the wii console's already sold out. That's only the display box."

I was ARRRRGGGGHHHH@#@%#^!!!! What is wrong with customer services nowdays????? those staff should have told me that the wii console has been sold out in the first place. Instead i bought the game, and it's like buying a car without petrol.

i heard that the next batch of wii will arrive on 22nd of december.

BTW I tried the browser and its the awesomeness, youtube, myspace... and that stuff works perfectly.

Surfing in standard definition can be a bit of a pain though, contantly havin to zoom in and all that. But whatever, better than nothin.

No the browser is free, and actually the current browser is just a BETA version. The full version will be free until June or something and then it will cost 5$.
